“Stopped by on my way home and as soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter welcomed me and said to let her know if I had any questions. I asked her how much sugar they add to thier thia tea and if it's overly sweet. She told me the make the thai tea with freah tea leaves and it's hard to give an answer per cup on how much sugar but she would let me taste it. I appreciated that. The tea on its own was absolutely delicious so I asked her to make it just how she normally does. She mentioned after she makes it she would still let me try it first snd customize with more cream or more tea depending in preference. Really was taken aback by this service and friendliness. Once the drink was made it was perfect. No alterations needed. They have a great recipe and amazing service. It's a good thing this place isn't anywhere near me because I'm probably be here regularly if it was.“
“Ordered (from their food truck in midtown)- Philly cheesesteak beef- 1 chicken tender- reg signature sauce on the side- reg spicy saucePros: chicken tender by itself is pretty massive. Came out very hot, crispy crunchy panko breaded and I could tell it cooked fresh. One tender was like $3 and I should’ve ordered just more tenders. The beef Philly was flavorful and I like how they chop up and mix the meat the veggies and cheese. Their signature sauce is good must tryCon: they don’t have lettuce/tomato“
“The 17 year old young man was very Courteous and attentive. We had never tried that kind of yogurt and he Offered a small sample of one. I love avocado. And I finally got an avocado smoothie it Was very good and healthy. They have all kinds of flavors,, I cannot get over how nice the young man was.. Thank you. “THIS PLACE!! stopped here today on a whim after grocery shopping. I didn't know it was in Riverstone community but I'm so glad I know now! I got a Thai tea (my staple) and caramelized brown sugar tea both with boba. First, I want to give you some background. This milk tea spot, opened up nine months ago in a Plaza catty corner from Kroger in Riverstone. It's run by a husband and wife and they are very friendly and kind gave me tips on how to best try the caramelized brown sugar tea. Many people don't know that they are there, & I want to spread the word! Because I need this Boba for years to come. So the actual teas are delicious! What solidifies it for me is the Boba most places where I get Boba the bubbles are pretty bland or the flavors just don't match with the tea I get. But this Boba they use is so flavorful it Has to be brown sugar or caramel or something. But it's the best I've had so far! Normally I get just high tea, but I wanted to try something different so I tried the caramelizad milk tea and I was not disappointed. The Boba is where they caramelize the flavor at the bottom and so you get this dichotomy of hot and cold in your drink. Which really gives you an experience! If you like sweet, I would highly recommend this drink. The last thing I wanna talk about is the decor. You can tell the owners put such care and handpick the furniture to the wall art. It has a such an upscale vibe for a Boba place, but it makes sense considering where they are. I'd be a really nice place to go and work remotely“
“Stopped by here Wednesday this week and had the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and mac n cheese. Food was really good and was quiet filling. Stopped by again today Friday and had the seafood platter blackened with the mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and was really good as well. This is one of my new favorites now when working in the area. This place does get busy during lunch time so please be patient it is worth the wait.“

“I had Ako's Chicken Sandwich combo which came with fries. It was super delicious. The crust on the chicken is so crispy and not heavy. I can enjoy the whole sandwich tasting the different flavors without it falling apart. I love this place!!“
“I dined at The Rouxpour whilst visiting family in Sugarland I’m from the UK so this was my first introduction to New Orleans inspired cuisine. I was certainly impressed. We all enjoyed our food. Every last plate was delicious. We had the blackened shrimp, lamb lollipops and the gumbo as appetisers. Absolutely delicious. Most of us got the steak with crabmeat, shrimp, potatoes and veggies. Staff denied our request to join two tables together to accommodate us so we squeezed into a booth but our waiter Jordan apologised on behalf of his colleagues and took the table size into consideration and made sure the food came out at just the right time and could fit on the table. Jordan was also incredibly polite, funny and generally of great character. The food was great but he really enhanced the experience. I will certainly be returning upon my next visit to the area. “I was passing by for lunch and he said he was a Sichuan chef and wanted to test his skills. Two people ordered a beef noodle dish and mapo tofu. Mapo tofu has no meat filling, the tofu is not tasty enough, and the cooking time is short. The beef noodles are tasty enough and the spiciness is OK. The overall level is pretty good.“
“Walked up to the window and there was no line. The barista was very helpful with helping me pick out a drink as a first timer. I wanted something on the less sweeter side. She suggested 'the kicker'. It's smooth. I'd get it again and maybe ask for 1 less pump of the syrup next time. It's a cheaper alternative to Sbux and the drink is good. Their size small is equivalent to Sbux grande. My drink was less than $5. Good spot to get my coffee fix! P.S. aside from coffee drinks they also have smoothies and energy drinks.“
“Loved everything about it, except the seating. There is only 1 table inside that has seating with your feet on the floor. The rest are freestanding tall tables with bar height stools. For us, it's uncomfortable to sit holding on with our feet. This time we were seated at a booth, which would normally be fine, but the seat is super skinny, hitting mid leg for me. Had to keep myself from sliding off. Still better than the tall tables. I know this is picky, but as I age, it matters. It won't keep me from going back because the food and prices are well worth it.“
“First time to downtown Sugarland (2-22-24). We were visiting our niece who likes this restaurant/bar. Beer selection was pretty good and tasty. Food was good and portions adequate. We went in the evening so the downtown was very pretty with all the strings of lights. Parking lots are free. In warmer weather the streets/bars/restaurants would be a lot of fun. Would recommend“

“I stumbled across this breakfast place five years ago, and I have personally witnessed this restaurant progress and get better over the years. The owners are actively there and very attentive to both how the staff interact with patrons and the quality of the food coming from the kitchen. As with any new restaurant the kinks need to be ironed out, but I can say that this is one off the best breakfast places in Houston I have been to. They are constantly updating the menu, to keep it fresh and inviting. I enjoy returning to see what new dishes they have added. For me there are many closer breakfast places but none have my preference like toast has. The restaurant decore is young, fresh and inviting, the walls and ceilings are decorated with a nature theme that gives the restaurant an aesthetically inviting ambience. The menu has classic breakfast choices as well as Vietnamese and Hispanic pops of flavor infused in their dishes and drinks. The owners always welcome me and recognize me along with many other patrons, they make this restaurant feel more like a family than a cold corporate cookie cutter restaurant type. I have seen this place become more and more popular over the years and the staff and menu continue to grow and mature. I believe and hope this restaurant will continue to flourish and grow years to come.“

“Went there to get fresh milk Oolong tea (all time favorite), peach green tea with Aiyu jelly, and Handmade taro with fresh milk. I asked if the taro is fresh taro and they answered me yes. I placed order, mind you they have that on their menu listed as HANDMADE! I was super shocked that the taro came from CAN. What happened to fresh, what happened to handmade?Besides that, the employees always nice and friends, drinks are good!“
“Met up for a mixer with some colleagues. We had a great time. I ordered the fish and chips and a long island tea. The LIT was tasty. The fish and chips was good, but not sure I'd agree about it being award winning as per the menu. Service was good. Our waiter took great care of us. Our group also shared the shrimp and mixed platter appetizers. They were good. The mixed platter is a great way to sample alot of the different appetizers.“
