What's the point of using the app? I would have gotten my order of only a soda MUCH quicker if I had just stood in the long line. People who were behind me in line were able to wait, order, and receive their food before I got my soda. Chaotic & unorganized.

Will never get Chick-fil-A at the mall again. Allergic to wheat so ordered grilled nuggets and they were so bad I fed them to my dog. And 20 people were served AFTER we ordered.

Second location I’ve gone to where I can’t get a fry without salt. Ironically, it has the same owner as the location on hwy 6 across the street-makes sense. Did a pickup order that allowed me to put no salt on my order, just to have a bunch of salt on my fries. Another location me or my family will not be visiting.

Extremely unsanitary that the employees have to work with broken pipes and have their shoes all wet from dirty water it makes wonder what quality of food they’re serving you very
