The absolute worst took over 10 mins to take my order literally the girl had no clue what was goin on kept placing me on hold more then once all I wanted was the 2 for 7 a pizza and pasta how that turned in to me being on a 15 min. All is blasphemous and I’m not even sure if the order was put in because on the 3rd being out on hold I just hung up so I guess we will see but I wanted to write this review while it was fresh on my mind smfh

Ordered 7 pizzas. 4 cheese and 3 Vegie Lover. It even states on the receipt. My only mistake was not check my order when it was delivered. Once I started serving I noticed the vegie ones have pepperoni. I called the store and the manager said he would send 4 Vegie lover pizzas but only sent 3. No compensation for the time lost and the aggravation of our guests. Will never order from this location again.

We ordered pizza for pickup. They made us wait 15 minutes and then gave us wrong pizza (with no meat) and when we complained they didn’t accept their mistake! Obviously we didn’t have time to wait for another 15-20 minutes for food so we left and they didn’t compensate us in anyway! Worst service ever! Never going back!

This Pizza Hut location used to be really good. It was our go to spot for my family. I believe that their management has changed. I never give bad reviews anywhere but this was really horrible. I ordered a hand tossed pizza, it was like a thin crust pizza, there was no sauce, the crust was literally white and was not cooked properly. I called them up for my concern and they said we can't do anything. I have before called this location when something wasn't right and they always gave me good service. Please bring back the old management. I am taking my business somewhere else for now.

The food was good, but the service was what ruined my appetite. I had ordered a curbside order due to a leg injury, I notified through the app i had arrived, waited about 10 minutes and no response. I called, a woman picked up and just kept repeating the word hello. I kept raising my voice hoping she can hear me, trying to tell her I'm outside waiting for my order and she just hangs up. I call again and this time they just let it ring. Finally, I wobble inside, seeing everyone in the back of the store. Finally I received the food and when I asked why they didnt bring out my order, they state "oh we didn't receive a curbside notice" when I asked why they didn't pick up the phone when I called, they said" oh we didn't hear anyone." It's either this pizza hut's equipment is broken which they should really fix, or the employees were too incompetent to do their jobs to not even notice the hazard lights I had on outside their restaurant. Hopefully the service gets better, or else I'll just go back to the Domino's that's located closer to me.
I really love Pizza Hut wings but I moved to Rosenberg a year ago and the pizza huts here never honor my request (if they even answer the phone) and my wings turn out soggy. So I stopped going. But today I decided to go further out to this location. Maria answered the phone promptly and was sooo nice. When I arrived, I checked my wings and they were perfect! She made them crispy just how I like them with the sauce on the side. Even though there’s 3 places closer to me, I will be coming to this one.

This place is terrible, we ordered a pizza tonight 06/23/2023 and they "claimed" to have delivered it but apparently contactless means they will not notify you until the driver makes it back to the store. Never order from this place again it's a bunch of incompetent people behind the counter.

If I could give NO stars I would!I ordered 2 large pizzas1 with thin crust xtra sauce italian sausage and jalapenos on the side.There was literally NO sauce on the pizza at all ! My husbandall picked up the cheese and all you could see was crust! DRY how is that extra sauce ! Then NO jalapenos at allThe 2nd pizza was DRY also suppose to have extra pineapple barley any .I could have bought store pizza andIt would have tasted better !$28.12 WASTED!! Never againThen I called and Martha the mgr did NOTHING about itPoor service poor pizzaGo to Domino's or papa John's

WORST pizza ever!They did not make the pizzas right and the Pizzas were both EXTREMELY DRY!!I should have taken a picture to show. My husband picked up the cheese and all you saw was crust! It was HORRIBLE .I called and spoke to Martha and she did NOTHING! Toppings were missing and dry pizza $28.12 for NASTY pizza. I could have bought store bought pizza and it would have tasted 10xs better just SAD
