Customer service is trash! Told them I didn’t want teriyaki sauce on top of my food but rather on the side and they refused. They told me to eat it like that or get the sauce on top. Since when do you force customers to have sauce on top of their food? Never coming back

Do not even bother spending your money here. The men who work there are actual pigs and try to get away with it. They will catcall women and catcall CHILDREN who are passing by and do it in spanish so no one understands. They thought I didn’t speak Spanish and did it to me. I will never go there again. The food is disgusting as well as the service.

Sarku Japan has great food in their restaurant no matter which location they're in. I've been to the one in Fort HoodTX, San Antonio,TX, Austin, TX, and now in Sugarland, TX. They did not disappoint! The portions are sufficient, that you'll even have leftovers for the next day! The flavor didn't change at all compared to the other locations. Price is very affordable just a bit over $10.

I went here, desperately wanting to have something familiar and delicious....Needless to say, they were out of white rice ?.If I had the time, I would have requested that someone prepare me a bowl right there. It's white rice. My family had plates, I skipped getting a plate. Food court so what do we expect right but still for a price of $14 with drink, it was a huge disappointment. I can make better fried rice than them. It was tasteless, just plain greasy, beef teriyaki lol, it was sugary sweet.
My daughter ate here today and found a maggot in her food. When she took her plate up to show them, they laughed at her and said it wasn't a big deal because it was small. They asked if she wanted more food or her money back. She obviously got her money back. They also won't answer their phone.

The Chicken Teriyaki meal was a good portion and was very delicious. The Chicken Dumplings were also very hot and delicious. Will come again for some Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Dumplings

DON'T GO HERE!!! Run!! I got the worst food poisoning of my life. This was the only thing I had eaten the day I came here for lunch during my break... the next morning I felt nauseous, then I threw up every 35-40 minutes until 5am the next morning. I couldn't hold even a sip of water down. I was so close to going to the er, it was such a traumatizing experience which is sad because they had decent food. I almost want to make a report to the health department. I'm definitely not coming back here ever again that's for sure.
