I have been coming to this Sharetea for years of my life and have always loved it. However, the most recent time I came, the workers were honestly awful. They had horrible customer service, made a drink I had gotten for years of my life... and it tasted horrible, and the worst part of it all was how obnoxiously loud they were. I tried to cut them some slack as they seemed to be just teenagers, but they proceeded to gossip for hours in a voice level that reverberated across the store, and then proceeded to also sing Disney songs loudly enough that I could hear them with my airpods at a high sound level. I believe many can agree with me when I say Sharetea is a well-liked study spot, but these girls truly made it unbearable to even focus on anything past their shrill yelling every other minute.

Tasty milk tea I got here. I just want some more flavors that are not fruits. Good work.

Went there to get fresh milk Oolong tea (all time favorite), peach green tea with Aiyu jelly, and Handmade taro with fresh milk. I asked if the taro is fresh taro and they answered me yes. I placed order, mind you they have that on their menu listed as HANDMADE! I was super shocked that the taro came from CAN. What happened to fresh, what happened to handmade?Besides that, the employees always nice and friends, drinks are good!

Tips? After I ordered today, the clerk/cashier said the price included tax and tips. I wonder why she said tips. On the screen, I thought I clicked skip or so. When I returned home, I just noticed there was 9% tips. I think I won't go to sharetea again if I got the unexpected tips next time.

This is my go to boba tea place. I come here nearly every week and have tried many of their drinks. Their service is lovely and I've rarely been disappointed by their drinks. My go to is a matcha green tea with milk and boba!

I come here every so often and I always enjoy the drinks, service is nice too. But when I came in today I saw a blonde girl who wasn't wearing an employee shirt in the kitchen having a lot of PDA with one of the workers which was off-putting. I'm always happy with the service but this one time I felt I needed to point it out. My drink was nice as usual though, the boba is always the ideal consistency and the drinks are easy to customize. It's always a very nice study space.

Came here because I was craving boba the other day but was a little disappointed to find my boba all clumped together in my drink. I have been to share tea in the past and this was my first time coming back in a while. I ordered the Honey milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice. The tea itself was decent and the service was great. I just wish that the drinks could be more consistent. As for seating, they have both table options and a couch area that is great for getting tea with friends. They also have outlets along the wall so that you can study. I would recommend going during the morning or early evening times during the weekdays if you are looking to get a study session in. I find that those times are when the store is the most quiet.

Their milk tea is really inconsistent, and their service is poor. Most of their employees seem new and not properly trained. The place looks nice to hang out in, but their seats are uncomfortable and seem out of place for a boba shop.

The service is really inconsistent, which makes the milk tea a hit or miss, unfortunately. They seem to have high turnover, which negatively impacts the consistency of their drinks and their customer service. The ambiance is pretty standard for a milk tea shop, but their chairs are seriously uncomfortable, and they honestly look like they belong in a new age burger joint rather than a boba shop.

1st time to try their drinks. Been a fan of Gom Cha and Teapresso and Go Go Ice.But I do love Sharetea now. The Taro Blended milk tea with Pudding was so good. They may have used Taro powder cuz of it's deep color..but I still prefer fresh taro. I love the Pudding they add at the bottom. Not too sweet and melts in your mouth.Hokkaido Pearl Milk tea ..1st time to try it..was a bit like watered down coffee. The menu sez Toffe and Caramel..I did not taste any of both flavors. I don't recommend it. But their Boba is perfectly cooked. Soft and chewy. Might try something different next time.

Great coffee milk tea! We always get it with zero sweetener and it's perfect since the boba has a hint of sweetness! More reasonably priced than some places and much better! They're always quick as well!
