I got there at about 6am expecting fresh donuts they were cold and moldy. I’m not sure if they were from the day before or what but I ate 2 before I noticed they all had green spots under the bottom. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted.

Stick to the classics, glazed. Delicious. As for the rest, I’m sure you’ve had better.Couldn’t help myself but to take a bite out of the glazed before photographing.

How does one have the gall to serve a patron COLD half a dozen glazed donuts? I get it, I didn't come when they were freshly made, but they could've been at the VERY LEAST room temperature. I even left a 15% tip because I thought it would've been a nice gesture from my end. My tip should've been for me to tell her, "At least fake a smile, love."The act here from this establishment is unforgivable.

Tried the jalapano cheese and sausage kolache from Shipley's. It was eh. Maybe stick to the donuts

This was the worst Shipleys experience I have ever had. The croissant I bought was ham and cheese and it barely had anything in it. It was all bread. The lady at the counter was very rude. We had to heat up our croissants ourselves and the microwave didn’t even work good. Don’t go to this Shipleys.

Shipley is a name that should be synonymous with Donuts. Their bakery is amazing...

A let down from Shipley donut. This location is a no go for me. Weird after taste on donuts, rushed during my order by older lady. Just a bad experience.

UNSANITARY. You have been warned. Employees handling donuts with BARE HANDS..plus no masks on. Poisoning/Covid waiting to happen. I witnessed a lady take out some trash, wiped her hands on her apron, then went amd touched a few donuts with those same bare hands. Unacceptable.

Donuts were ok. But the coffee and hot chocolate are so diluted, like drinking water with little taste!!

We have been seeing Shipley Do-Nuts all around the city. I promised my daughter we would get some before we left Houston. Well, the time finally came and she couldn't wait. After walking in, we were greeted by an associate who gave us a warm welcome and a bright smile. She was in the back prepping dough, but quickly cleaned her hands and came over to serve us. I ordered the Bavarian Cream, my son had the Vanilla Sprinkles, and my daughter had both a Cinnamon and a Glazed Coconut. The donuts were fresh, cake-like and very tasty. Well worth the trip. I'd definitely come back on my next trip to Houston. Highly Recommend!

I have grown up visiting Dunkin' donuts in the Midwest. When I compare Dunkin to Shipley donuts, the donuts at Shipley's are much better and bigger. However, where Dunkin shines is their selection and taste of hot beverages which has gotten better over the years.

Well problem is that serving person after cleaning floor with mop did not wash her hands and didn’t wear gloves.I stopped her asking to wear gloves because she was mopping floor and she just go and washed her hands but didn’t wear gloves I thinkManager must control it. It happen 11.21.2022 about 1pm.

the lady cashier is always rude, and kolaches, doughnuts and cinnamon rolls are a hit or miss.. and mostly miss.
