The WORST place ever. We drove all the way there at night. The 2 boys who work over there were inside. We kept knocking the door and waited outside for 10 minutes to place our orders. They didn’t even bother to take our order, even though they could clearly see us, and ignored us the whole time, even though they were so close to the door and window.

I found a piece of hair in my pb swizzle ? Night time crew is no good but day time crew is the best! I never find any problems with my food in the day time crew but night crew the bananas be dark color, the run out of strawberries, sloppy. Night time crew need to do better!

I asked her for a bowl and she was speaking aggressively didn’t feel welcomed sounds like she didn’t want to be bothered & I told her no goji crunch and she proceeded to still give me a bowl with goji crunch on it I just didn’t like the attitude also got my order
The managers really need to train their employees not to be in their cell phone.I go through the drivethu, there's no one in the store and I'm waiting to pay while my order is being prepared. This should happen Roddy but no, I'm waiting for the teenage girl to finish her conversation on her cell before she does her job. This habit of allowing employees to be in their cells while working has gotten out of control!

The tatted kid would barely let us finish talking when we were asking him questions about an item on the menu. He was rudely cutting us off before we could finish talking. We were patient. I got my Pineapple Kale drink. It had not a hint of green in it. Neither could I taste any kale. Last time I'll be going. I can't imagine someone with an attitude like that getting the ingredients right on every drink because it seems like he just wants people to hurry up and get out of there so he can get back to doing nothing. Do better about hiring.

Tonight was my first time at this location. BEST Gladiator smoothie I’ve ever had from any Smoothie King! It had an extra UMPH of sweetness that I never tasted before.Thank you to the young man who made it!! Great crew in there- 3 young men who were all very diligent. This location also has more flavors of the turkey jerky than any of the others. Trying maple and sweet/spicy for the first time!

Please, please bring back the Green Tea Matcha. That was the only smoothie I really enjoyed. I would stop almost every day on my way to work to get one, now I just pass y’all by and wish y’all still had it. Tell the powers that be that they need to bring it back.

Went by this morning and saw 2 car on drive thru so decided to go inside, only one guy working, i was willing to wait for my drink but he told me it was going to be a LONG wait because he had a line on the drive-tru, which there were only 2 cars, if i wanted my drink i had to go through the drive thru. I just left. Never had issues like that.
