No issues with the service. My issue is with the food quality. The chicken is really bad; the seasoning falls off the chicken completely before I even take a bite and it doesn’t taste good. In general, the food just lacks flavor. I paid $20 for a chicken sandwich when it tasted like it was $10 (or less).

Food and cranberry mimosas were delicious ? our waiter was attentive and sweet. We did come when it first opened and food still took a while to come but didn’t mess with our experience! But I can see others being frustrated during busy times and long wait times. We look forward to coming back ??

The service was good - our waiter was attentive and helpful.Everything looked great - presentation was in-point.My hubby liked his Étouffée.We both enjoyed the Fried Green Tomatoes!!!!My fried fish wasn’t as expected - spicy. It was a nice crisp but too fishy. I squeezed the lemon but it had already left a bad taste in my mouth.Key Lime Pie - staleThe drinks were okay - can’t go wrong with a mule or beer.

They take automatic gratuity out when the service is not worth it at all. I don’t recommend going, it’s not worth it. There other restaurants in the sugar land shopping district you can choose from.

"I wanted to share my recent experience at the restaurant. We requested to be moved to a different seating area due to feeling uncomfortable where the hostess initially suggested. Our server agreed, but then the hostess ran across the restaurant to inform us that we couldn't sit there because the table was reserved for someone at 7:00, yet that reservation never showed up. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and even our server seemed uneasy about the situation. Although we ended up moving back to our original seating, the whole experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable.""Additionally, we spoke to the manager on duty about the situation. However, I felt that he took the matter lightly in my opinion, which added to the discomfort of the situation."Also I rated a 5 star service because of our server

Great food with attentive staff. Wife and I enjoyed a Date Night. They let us sample soups before making a decision. The Manager came by and talked with us as well and showed his customer appreciation.

The Male waiter that was here around 2 PM today was extremely rude and seemed prejudiced. My sister and I refused to dine here and walked out. Disgusting. He needs more training.

We were a group of 5 people. It was our first time here. We weren’t sure what to expect. We got seated as soon as we walked in. It is an interesting atmosphere inside, bit of a diner style. The food & service was good. For parking, you have to park in the parking garage (free) if you cant find street parking.

I think the only good part of my experience was the interaction witg the manager or person in charge of the shift. For our first time here and celebrating my birthday, it wasnt the best. We, ( a party of 4, 2 adults and two toddlers) arrived at 12. We were seated immediately which was good but it took our server almost 20 mins to greet us. They were not even busy. We got no introduction or name from her server. She did however have a welcoming smile. We ordered and our food came. The kids got their food first and my daughter's eggs were sooooo cold. The manager did come by to make it better. And also followed up. It seems perhaps the food was jus sitting in the window. The pancakes werent hot or even warm. But the werent cold like the eggs for me to complain. Also considering it was my lil one eating it & the temperature of the pancakes dont matter as much to her. I ordered the shrimp scampi. I liked it. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and the were also very much cold like the eggs, smh. I didnt bother to complain again. My brother liked his chicken fried chicken. We felt neglected by our server because my water didnt even get refilled and both glasses were empty. I felt like the server was just focused on her bigger tables as i would see her checking on them often. I saw the manager more than the server. Not cool. The serving portion was decent. Good size kids plate too. For it being our first time with such an experience. I doubt i will be back despite the food being okay. Who wants to go out to eat with family and feel neglected by their server? Esp for a bday celebration
