Careful with what they charge you. I ordered two drinks and they didn't ask what size I wanted, charged me for a large and tried to give me a regular size. When I asked the cashier about it and holding the receipt, she tried to say it was tax included that is why it was that price. It made no sense because tax was still charged separately on the receipt. She corrected by giving us a large after realizing she couldn't explain for the overcharged. So be careful. This location is on par with the rest of the soft pretzel empire as the staff are quite friendly and efficient. The pretzels are best when served close to the time they take em out hot and fresh! Otherwise, the soft pretzels succumb to the same fate of being stale and tough to chew. I prefer the salted versus unsalted if going for plain, but I highly suggest getting a dip to complement it as the flavor is so much more than without one.
