Plenty of parking around this location, and the layout inside is simple. The service is fair and average. However the food disappointed. The wings were very small and overcooked. The chicken fingers tasted good but were too crunchy. The fries were not seasoned at all, no salt at all. The prices are affordable but still doesn't justify the low quality of the food.

I come here regularly, and the food never disappoints, I always get the chicken wing combo, half lemon pepper, and half mango habanero with a side of blue cheese for dipping. The fried mushrooms and clam basket are also good and come out piping hot.
I've loved their wings for years. The taste is still great, but the wing size has been tiny for the past few months. The service varies, but it's usually very good. A nice place to visit with family.

So i decided to try this place out yesterday. got some wings and chili cheese fries. The chicken was horrible and very under seasoned. I also got chili cheese fries. Fries were cold and they literally put a spoonful of chili and cheese on the fries. I'LL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went on a Monday at 4 pm 8/21/23I had the entire place to myself.This is the best time to be there .Service was swift, and my food was fresh .The atmosphere was nonexistent.So, I had time to make my calls, enjoy my food, and adjust my weekly plans on my to-do calendar .Had a great time!

We have been coming here for years it’s a place my family love to dine in at especially for our bdays , we never had any problems with service or the food .I had to buy my 6 year old grandson a happy meal from McDonald’s, I walked back to wings n things and we sat with our party . Right away a woman approached me and said you cannot eat tht in here . I explained to her it was for my grandson she said I’m sorry you cannot bring it in here . I continued to ask for a manager and a phone number so I could escalate this matter more . With out hesitation I got up and we were leaving mind you we had a party of over 12 people there we all were gonna eat except my grandson whom I didn’t or need to explain to any one he is autistic and textures of certain foods he will not eat . I didn’t think I had to explain my self or my grandsons disability , after we escalated with someone else there they took the sign off the door (the hand written sign at that ) . Teach your managers how to kindly ask a open ended question. There’s people who have certain disabilities that do not look or appear from the outside but it’s there .I was very disappointed and will not be going back there .

I love these wings been coming here since u was a child to the Westpark location and 290. So when I moved to Sugarland yesrs ago i was happy i didnt have to drive all the way to 290 to get my favorite wings. And westpark location shut down around 2017 unfortunately. The only reason why i put a three star review is because the amount of ranch they provide for a 10 piece is the same for a 6 piece. And of course you need more ranch when you order more wings. You shouldn't have to pay extra to get more ranch if you paid extra for wings in my opinion. My 3 star could easily go to five star for the reason mainly. These wings are better than wingstop, Buffalo wild wings and any other wing sopts that pop up in my opinion.
