“Delicious food and one of the only places you can get vegan (or even vegetarian) food in West TX, and I really gotta stress it's so good. Not long hours but if you can catch them open it's more than worth a shot.If you're wary or feel weird eating meat alternatives, order the chili or something that includes it, and I promise you'll try moreVegetarian options: They have a full vegan menu of their own, but they do offer some non vegan options because they sell some other foods sold by Tahoka Food Court. Feel free to ask for clarifications from staff or owner, they're super friendly”
“I’d never been down these roads before, I-27 disappeared! When I stopped to ask WTF?, I got informed what the deal was & where to catch the Subway! Take a left to Abilene & Subway was directly across the road at the gas station. I had a 6/white/tuna & it was fulfilling - took me to my destination! Keep partying because it’s on to Austin today to see my momma.”
“Small towns are struggling and Covid just made it worse. We try to give our money to restaurants run by families and not corporations. This was our first time at George’s. I ordered the BLT and had a side salad. Both were delicious. My Husband ordered a dinner that came with fries. Those were the best fries. The people were very nice. Myra was very friendly. Prices were very affordable. This place needs an updo but if people don’t frequent it instead of the big chain restaurants it will never be able to afford to.”
“this little coffee shop is super cute, and the chicken salad sandwich was really tasty, and the strawberries ? and cream drink was delicious, definitely a repeat ”
