Don't get the hype for this place. Chicken was good. No refried beans? Psshhh... No bbq sauce for chixken burrito either! Got the burrito cause wanted to compare to another "burrito" establishment. It was decent....will not deny, but definitely not deserving of all the hoopla.People say you have to order the bowl. But I wanted the burrito.Queso was very bland. Chips were meh.

This used to be my favorite location but the last several times I’ve been my order has been wrong. I usually order only me and pick up. Today I picked up my order and it was a burrito not a bowl. I let the young lady at the to-go counter know and she seemed put out that my order was wrong. She begrudgingly made my order. I get in my car take a look and it’s wrong. She made it with the wrong beans and my guacamole was missing. I go back in and let her know. She hands me a side of black beans and a side of guacamole and lets me know “she is too busy” to remake it. Terrible experience!This is really unacceptable!

It was a rip off cause they dont tell you that the price for a bowl doesn't include everything that you ask for!! They only gave me about 10 very small pieces of carne asada about 1in long x 1/4 in wide,no chips,tortillas,only a spoon or fork!! They gave me a lot of rice,a spoonful of cheeseand guacamole which were both a separate price from the bowl!! It was the worst dining experience I have ever had and don't recommend it to anyone unless you like throwing your money away!!

Second time I order through the app/online and they either forget to add the guacamole or they run out. It’s stupid because I’m getting charged an extra $4 for it and it’s not included in the bowl.

If i could give 0 i would. Went to Chipotle for the first time in years. You know u just had a taste for something and u expect the same. This place was sooo dirty. Counters, where they cook the food, tables and i am not even going to talk about the bathroom. We were there at 5:30pm so it wasn't even linch time. And there was litarally just one table with a couple eating and noone in line. There was 4 ppl working. All the meats were down to nothing almost and we had to ask them if they could prep more. I knew my gutt feelings were telling me just to leave but i just wanted that Chipotle so bad and was trying to give a benefit of doubt and said maybe they were just busy. But it just got worse. The "Carne adada" we asked for them to cook was so rushed that it was to hard to chew. And then it gets better with the hair in the queso we purchased on the side. Lettuce were old. We prety much throughout our food and left. I will be calling the corporate and see how we can get a refund Never ever again. What a waste. Especially at a time like this ppl r struggling we should T least get our moneys worth.

Bad service. They just stand and stare at you. Very unhelpful. Let a line of customers wait for 10 minutes in line just to let them know it will be another 30 minutes before anything ready.
