I absolutely love grilled cheese and this food truck is the best. Super cheesy deliciousness on sourdough bread. You can’t beat it. Fresh fries to go with it. If you are like me and this is a comfort food give this truck a try.

Exactly what you expect from food truck fare. A menu full of items only meant to tease, excite and ignite those guilty pleasures. Flavors that are paired well and perfectly balanced yet intense. My baby Munster Sandwich was so tasty no additional condiments were need. Starting with a bread with the favor of a French but consistency of a rye buttered and toasted on the flat top grill. Taken and topped full of Munster and some super tasty meat which could be a pastrami it was great.The fries topped in an equally pleasant mix of cheese, Jalapeno and onion.This was definitely worth the quick detour off the interstate.

A grilled cheese sounded great so I gave them a try. I placed my order and had my food in about 10 minutes or so. The grilled cheese sandwich was awesome! It was grilled well, full of cheese, and on sour dough. The fries however, were terrible. They were undercooked, some still on the raw side. It just wasn’t worth the effort to come back out to complain. I will give them another chance because the sandwich was good!!

If you think a grilled cheese isn’t worth your money, I’ll tell you it is. My family had the pepperoni, regular grilled cheese, and the Frito pie. Everything was delicious the staff was kind, fast, and focused.
