MUST ASK FOR NICOLE AS YOUR SERVER!!! Nicole was awesome she even remembered us when we came back weeks later. When I say remember...I mean remember REMEMBER! She remembered our drink orders from weeks ago and our food orders. I haven't seen such great service in a really long time. When it comes to the food I must say the TENDERS, FRIES, PICKLES, MEATBALLS, and PHILLY...were great! The only food item that we tried that we didn't really like was the fried catfish bites/pieces. I am not sure if it was really catfish or some other fish and the pieces are so thin that it was mostly beading. While Nicole IS always AMAZING! Not everyone else at this place is as attentive or friendly. So calibrate your expectations. Some of the servers and rude and very dismissive. They clearly have their usual customers who they cater to and ignore other guests.

After going through several comments, it appears that the service at the bar can be inconsistent. I have personally encountered this as well. On one occasion, I received excellent customer service from a bartender, but on another visit weeks later, the service was subpar. It seems to depend on which bartender is working. Generally, some bartenders are friendly and attentive, while a few others tend to prioritize regular customers and forget about the new guy sitting in the corner. I have tried their food previously and found that the wings are not too bad. However, their selection of draft beers is quite limited. They do have a lot of empty taps. Therefore, it is advisable to inquire about their current offerings when ordering a beer.

Horrible service, food and atmosphere. They had 75 beer taps on the wall and only about 3 worked and at that were spoiled. Waitress staff was immature, rude and looked like they just woke up from a hangover from the night before. We ordered the chicken fried chicken that came out raw and sour and also a burger that looked like they scraped the grill with it and nuked it in the microwave. Horrible place to visit. Don’t do it.

I am unsure where to start. I have frequented this bar several times, both alone and with companions. The quality of service provided by the bartenders is inconsistent. On some occasions, I have received excellent service while sitting at the bar. However, there have been times when the service was slow due to the bartender's preference for chatting with regulars. While this is understandable, it is important to be attentive to all paying customers to avoid any dissatisfaction. Ultimately, the tip received is based on the bartender's performance so those visits of course the tip will be crappy.

Big selection of craft to include a few sours. Large portions for the flights. Bartender was very efficient and was alone for most the time we were there. Did an amazing job for those at the bar and us at a table.
