“Wow what a treat! Needed a quick bite on our way to Houston and Chef DonKey delivered. It’s a little hidden gem and we missed the turn but a quick U-turn fixes that. Beautiful road side stop covers picnic tables next to the river lovely breeze even better food. We got the brisket sandwiches comes with chips and a soda. Brisket was tender and flavorful. Comes out in a lunch bag which adds to the vibe. Chef DonKey was friendly, we had a pleasant conversation. Definitely recommend and will stop by next time we are around 10/10“
