We had a great time here. The beer was so good and cold! The wings were cooked to perfection according to my taste. The wife likes the wings more soft and moist. Sorry baby. Next time we'll special order to our taste.

Our server clearly didn’t care we were there. No napkins, no plates, no refills, several tables got seated after us and got their food first, food came out cold (obviously forgotten about), and he never came back to check on us after someone else brought out our food. Pathetic display of service tonight.Had to get two other servers to get me napkins and a togo box. They were great. But our original server left a lot to be desired.

Tiffany the bartender is awsome!! We had the brisket tots..they were great .
So all over the board, it's not funny. Brought the wrong wings and acted like I was lying. Then checked the waitress's charges, and she was right and the kitchen was wrong. This has happened twice. I don't want free stuff, I just want what I bordered.

Sucks to be pregnant and craving wings just to receive them like this; my first try at this location. I tried to contact the store after four tries the manager didn’t even seem apologetic to the condition of their wings. There’s no way that this is their daily way of making wings as seemingly stated. They are so hard and dried out. I will stick to cypress location. I have never had this problem. My money is now wasted; but figured I’d make a review in case this location needs a “made fresh request”. Hopefully it gets bette.

Server came to table 3 times, once with a mouth full of chocolate because she was on her "lady month". Ask me how I know! Had a man drop off the food, when I said thank you his response was un huh. They had 10 tables not 30 filled, it got busy when we were done! I went with my husband on guys night because I don't drive so mommy/ daughter date..his table left dissatisfied because 1 out of the 7 men never got his food! Missed opportunity for repeat customers that tip well! I hope my waitress enjoyed that $40 on a $70 meal..it won't happen on my dime again!
