The drive thru man was extremely rude. He didn't greet at all. Then when I told him what I wanted, he abruptly closed the window. When I paid there was an option for a tip.(Why would I tip when I'm going through the drive through?) He seemed irritated when I clicked "no tip." When he handed me the food, he didn't say anything, and then he slammed the window.

Bigger guy behind the counter in the mornings is not friendly at all. Why is it so hard to be polite when I say "good morning" and "thank you have a great day" ..... he ignores me every time with a look of dread like he personally hates me. And then they ask for a tip? Yea I would if there was any customer service! Be nice people it's not any harder than being rude. Seriously though I hope management sees this and gets someone else to help customers. Keep him in the back because he obviously hates his job.

Ordered a sausage cheese and jalapeño kolache. Unfortunately it was a HOT DOG kolache. Very disappointing. Very big difference between a sausage and hot dog. Just say it's a hot dog kolache instead of falsely advertising as sausage. Nasty and cheaply made.

When I was waiting in line to order, the young lady at the counter looked right past me and offered to help the person behind me. Once I stated I was first, she then refused to honor my coupon. She insisted I had to order glazed donuts instead of the assortment (see picture). I didn’t argue, but I have decided I won’t be back. Not only was she rude, she was also wrong.

My family and kids used to love this place as we made a tradition of getting donuts every Saturday morning for breakfast. However, after this recent experience, we won’t be back. I went through the drive thru like I normally do and ordered one dozen mixed donuts. After doing so, I picked my assortment. Upon receiving my donuts and the receipt, I noticed that the price was more than it normally is for my order. I asked the young employee about it, and she told me that she had to charge me for each donut and to pick my donuts I would just have to go in the store next time. So instead of $11.99, they charged me $14.99. Why would I be charged more for picking the mix that I wanted? I did not include any specialty donuts. I parked and went into the store to try to resolve the matter. The same employee rudely stated, “I already told you it will have to be next time”. I asked to speak to the manager, who also wasn’t helpful. At that point, I asked for a refund and left. Very poor customer service.

Donuts were cold like they’d been in the fridge and the donut holes were dry, dense, and sparsely iced. I asked for my money back because the donuts were not fresh and the two ladies repeatedly told me that they are fresh, they’d been cooked at 5 this morning. I said…it’s almost 12 o’clock! She told me to put them in their microwave. I said I’m not doing that, I want my money back because I’m not eating this. She tried her hardest, giving excuse after excuse why she couldn’t give a refund until she realized I wasn’t just gonna leave. She gave me the money and told me not to come back. I said no worries, I won’t. There are plenty of other donut shops, Shipleys or otherwise, that I can go to within the same radius from my home that will have much better quality of food and service.

Very rude staff. Donuts are never fresh and refusel to bake at point of order is a common practice here. Where’s the desire for good customer service??
