“Trying another local joint. This little hole in the wall is definitely closer to back home(956 RGV/MX border). It has a small menu and a handful of tables to sit at but totally worth it. The flavor on their meat is top notch and the street tacos are filled to the brim. We ate, sang along to the tejano music, drank Mexican Cokes and watched the older lady behind the counter make tortillas from scratch. Very friendly staff, clean, and the salsa is actually spicy(that's a first so far up here). We will definitely be back.“
“Fun ambiance and great food. Attentive service by GREAT people!! Skip the ground beef tacos and go for the chicken fajita or beef fajita tacos. Fish tacos were great too. Nice wrap-around porch and country music playing, but not too loud. They also have beer, margaritas and cocktails. Just a super pleasant evening.“
“Holy baked potatoe?; if you are a potatoe lover like me, then you will love the one they make here. It is probably the most massive potatoes I have ever seen. Not only huge but so perfectly cooked, just smooth and creamy all the way through and then topped with cheese and brisket. ?Heaven. And the BBQ sauce, is crack, what do you put in there!!!???!!? The one thing I do suggest is making sure you come to eat during the earlier hours because I've tried the meat dishes at two different times, and it improved drastically when I came at 1pm vs 6pm. The food was waaay more saltier and the meat a bit drier in the evening. So get there early for the good stuff. The tender juicy stuff. Overall, Im glad I decided to give the place another shot because it's a pretty convient spot to come grab some good food. Just come try it out and see for yourself. It's BBQ, it will be worth it.“

“Service was excellent. Food came quickly and was nice and hot. The teriyaki plate was good. The yellow curry was good. I like my curry a bit spicier, but this is a pho joint, so, I still give them good marks. Drinks never hit bottom. Servers were very polite. I’ll come back for the pho next time I’m around.“

“The best tacos you will ever have. The owner is super friendly and often in the place. The head chef is a sweetheart. He went out of his way to be loving and kind to my grandma, and when she got ill, he made sure to come give her a hug when we got her out. These tacos were some of the last things we were able to get her to eat, and those moments of her enjoying her taco and chatting with the staff here are fond memories.I've been coming here for years, since high school over 10 years ago, and will always make a point to grab some when able.Best damn tacos in Texas & the best people too.Vegetarian options: They let you customize any dish. “The lady taking our order was very kind and patient.It's not a drive thru but you can place an order and pick it up.The quesabirrias are delicious! The birria is full of flavor that bursts in your mouth when you take a bite of the quesabirria. The dipping sauce compliments it very well. Most places it's too watery or too bland. Today, I'm back for the street tacos! They ran out of bistek so I went with the fajita. I'm hoping they're just as delicious as the quesabirrias.“
“Tacos are super yummy prices are just high. $1.50 each and add cheese is $1 more per taco. But the tacos were filling and really flavorful, despite the high prices I might come back. Tacos in midtown, downtown, galleria are $1 cheese is $.25 so that's why i was a bit taken back. But service was good, food was great, prices are high AF for street food.“

“I ordered two Cluck combos and two grilled chicken sandwich combos. Not really sure why fried chicken doesn't warrant a tomato slice. Also the Clucks looked like a chicken nugget on a bun. Tasted okay but next time I'll get something with, hopefully, more meat. Service was great, employees were friendly and respectful. And it was Christmas, so this place was the only place open, and it was crowded.“
