Service is terrible how do you get a to go order wrong when you repeated it back to customer then try to blame the customer “ oh we quite couldn’t here each other “ funny I heard you correctly repeat my order!!!
We had a horrible experience tonight at Bruno’s. We sat down and waited 5 mins to be greeted. Once we she came we ordered our drinks and all our food. No appetizers. We ordered side salad, chicken Alfredo and large pizza. She brought out drinks and then disappeared. We finally got our salad 15 mins later only after asking for it 2x.
