Went to eat there today and they were closed. No sign on door as to why??

If I could give a zero, I would! My husband and I ordered online for pick up and they gave us a pick up time of 20 minutes after we put the order in. My husband went to pick up the food and he went inside and gave his name and they said you know it’ll be out in a minute. An hour later, I told him to literally ask them where the hell the food was, and at that point they announced for everybody that was picking up online food orders (Approximately TWENTY PEOPLE) that they might as well just get a refund online because they hadn’t cooked any of their orders. So my husband and TWENTY other people sat there waiting for minimum an hour, and the staff never once said we’re not gonna be able to do your orders they just let them sit there with no information, including when people inquired about it. This is extremely unprofessional, but not surprising for Tyler because Tyler is just , stinking rude. Look, it’s food service, not rocket science. If you can’t fill the order, tell the people right away so that they can go on about their business and not sit in your restaurant wasting their time for an hour. I definitely won’t be utilizing this IHOP ever again, Horrible customer service! P.S. They have essentially stolen the money of these TWENTY people as there is no way to request a refund on their website when you’ve ordered online for pick up. I’ll be calling my attorney in the morning about the theft of our money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We are a Black American Family and just wanted to have breakfast together. Waited 30 minutes before we had to go look for a waitress to get our drinks even ordered! They were not busy and a few waiter/waitresses they were sitting on their phones or hanging around the area. On top of that the waitress was rude when my family and I asked about when they would take our order for drinks, the woman rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk off. That encounter was a bad impression but we gave it another try until she came back and gave off the impression she didn’t want to serve us, wasn’t taking our orders down and was giving bad vibes. We decided to leave and instead of trying to keep us or even attempt to change our minds she shrugged her shoulders, said ok and just immediately walked off. I understand people have bad days, heck I do as well but please remember that we as customers mean no harm and just wanted to enjoy a regular breakfast out with family at a place I’ve enjoyed eating at since a child. I hope no one else has to go through this, this experience has impacted my family and I but I hope in the future there will be no more situations like this

We normally have like a mediocre experience here but our server - “Smiley” - was so, so sweet. I absolutely loved her. I hate she was the only one working (I’ve been there) but she didn’t miss a beat. She was polite and kind and lived up to her name.My only issue has zero to do with her - I just wish there was more illumination of the building. It doesn’t look like it’s ever open!But the food was good and our server was A+ ?

Went to this location due to the other location off broadway being too busy. Very little people at the time we sat down. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to place our drink order. Then ordered our food, took over 40 for our food to come. All the while, waitresses were walking through the lobby talking on their cell phones and laughing having the time of their lives. Not to mention, the food order came out wrong…

This location always delivers great good. It was a bit packed and we were seated near the front door which was cold.Kid-friendliness: This ihop was very kid friendly and the staff were amazing to every child that was there.

We were sat at a table very quickly. And that’s about the best thing out of the whole experience. Had to literally chase the waitress down when something was needed. We also waited for 45 minutes for horrible food!! Pancakes were doughy, and everything else was cold. WILL NOT return!!
