I have been meaning to write a review for a long time! Janie’s Cakes is amazing! Our favorite is the Italian Jane, and the bourbon pecans are addictive. My husband doesn’t care for cake (weird lol) but he loves Janie’s cakes, and so every year for his birthday, I pop in and get one for him ?. Locally owned, DELICIOUS pound cakes! We always send the Italian Jane and Plain Jane Pound Cakes to family and friends for special occasions or to lift loved ones spirits. These make the best gifts, too. Their beautiful yellow and white striped boxes with a blue ribbon put a smile on everyone's face. They make me happy just thinking about them. Always a pleasure to walk in and enjoy the blissful aromas in the air coupled with kind smiles and genuine greetings by name. Because, here… your family! The selection is awesome! Cakes dripping with mouthwatering concoctions infused with local spirits. Hands down the best! I was amazed once to even learn that all cakes are made with select/local farm raised eggs from the community. In short, Katherine & Janie are amazing people whom love what they do!
