“The food is great here. They pay extremely close attention to detail. The service is well above average. I rarely give 5 stars for service anyways. This is a family owned place, instagram worthy, and they really care about your experience here.If you haven’t tried takara you are missing out on one of Tyler Texas’s hidden treasures.Eat here, support local, and enjoy an amazing meal.Highly recommend almost everything on their menu.“
“Every time I come through Tyler I grab my high school friend and we goto Shoguns. It's consistent, it's delicious, and there is always a show. It's changed location over the decades, but it's managed to keep it's quality. We get f'd up on saki, sushi, steak, and conversation with strangers. There is one shortcoming:When you ask for a rare steak, they give you a medium steak. Every time. What's the secret bribe or message to get a real rare steak?“
“Everything was awesome. From the moment we finally got an open seat till we were leaving, the employees kept our needs or wants at the highest of priorities. The chef was just as concerned as the waitress with how we were enjoying every moment.“
“We have always enjoyed Yamato!! Great food and always fresh fish. Pretty cool there was an artist in the house. This is definitely one of our go to spots in Tyler!! Service is always on point and resturant is always clean!! Price is comparable to other places in the area.“
“I sold the owner all the concrete for that property at Kawa's. He's a very good man and has 2 different restaurants. He owns the big chinese restaurant in longview and the Kawa's in tyler that I know of and they're both excellent. Both have great chefs.“
“Very spacious, the tables are spread part for large gatherings and big boi like me. the food is delicious. Our orders came by fast. One complaint I would like about these types of restaurants to address is the menu, please put pictures of the food next to the name so we would know what we are ordering.“
