Not sure where the mishap was here but we ordered through the app. This was the store the driver said she picked up from. They’re sealed so it wasn’t the drivers fault. But how did this happen?? What we ordered and what we received.
The workers give excellent customer service.. There is 2 Hispanic ladies that is always welcoming nice n thoughtful.. (lunch time)there's one young guy in the evening that is so energetic.. the food is always fresh .. I've never had a bad expierencel

I shop at this location a lot. Can someone explain to me how a company that advertises hot and ready pizzas does not have hot a ready pizzas available at 7 pm. Then when an employee is asked about it their response is we are doing our best. I can see this is a leadership problem not an employee problem.
