I shop at this location a lot. Can someone explain to me how a company that advertises hot and ready pizzas does not have hot a ready pizzas available at 7 pm. Then when an employee is asked about it their response is we are doing our best. I can see this is a leadership problem not an employee problem. This was a great location at one point in time but It has really gone down hill over the last few months. The owners really need to reconsider their business approach if they can't get quality employees that wanna show up to work. Seriously someone explain this to me. Somethings aren't adding up.

2/27- we have had fine cheap pizza there for several years. We have never had to complain. nor are we 'those types'. Our pizza that night was a mess and raw. We talked with the manager on duty, and she flat out refused to simply make a new pizza. We did not want a refund. We wanted to EAT lol. We never raised our voices and never cursed. We left with no pizza and a refund. We went back to talk with head manager several days later and find out that the first lady said that we cursed her and she felt threatened!! They even called the cops afterwards. She said they had audio and video but would not let us see it. I assured her that there was ZERO cursing and NO yelling, and the audio would show that. We have nothing to gain from our trip back up there. We did not want a free pizza, a future credit, or anything except to point out that the lady had refused to make us a new pizza. The accuser told her bosses that she DID say she would make a new one, which is my main complaint. That is a flat out LIE. I wanted to eat, not get a refund. Why would I NOT just get a new pizza?? I hate that she did this, as we did enjoy that place and would have continued to purchase there. No matter what crap they respond with, until they share an AUDIO they are not proving anything. We do not cuss and yell at service staff. never have, never will.

The workers give excellent customer service.. There is 2 Hispanic ladies that is always welcoming nice n thoughtful.. (lunch time)there's one young guy in the evening that is so energetic.. the food is always fresh .. I've never had a bad expierencel

Nasty period! We had 2 orders of wings they were raw! PIZZA? cheese one had sauce any cheese on it and the dough was raw and undercooked 2nd was pepperoni and sausage really was just as bad bottom burned skimpy on the meat and sauce I wouldn't waste my money there again.
