The food here is amazing! You get a lot for what you pay for. Great atmosphere and very spacious. The service is outstanding and the owners are very welcoming and nice. I highly Recommend eating at Jafar’s Mediterranean Grill.
I recommend trying Jafar's out. It's a nice gem in downtown Van Alstyne. I ordered the falafel pita wrap and a side Greek salad to go, and they were delicious. I asked them not to put cheese on the Greek salad to veganize it, and the salad dressing was vegan. The pita bread itself is also vegan.

Food was good. We were here for lunch and tries their pita wraps and platters. The place is located in Van Alstyne downtown. Friendly staff and good indoor ambiance, I felt like the floor was little dirty and needs some work. Over all a good place to enjoy mediterranean food. Will be back to try their baklava and coffee.

We placed a to-go order and it was made quickly. The employees were so nice and the food was delicious. I got the chicken platter and my husband got the chicken curry! It comes with a lot of food which was really nice. We’ll definitely be back!

Friendly service however as in dining guest I took a back sear to call in orders. The menu was difficult to read even with pictures and confusing. A litte overpriced compared to other similar Mediterranean eateries. The Chicken was bland and tough. The salad lacked fresh vegetables.
Walk up order, menu good and friendly owner and staff. Good food after sampling several menu items. I do not eat lamb but chicken great.
