“The order is always right, and always fresh, but if you go through the drive-through, it seems to take forever. This may be due to short staff? But it has made me choose other options when going high traffic hours. Don't get me wrong Waterburger has the best quality food around being fast food options in the area. Usually a better option to go inside and order.“
“Place is a great place for the family. Had a play area for the kiddos which my daughter loved and burgers were good too. Really like the multiple options for fries! You know you’re at a good spot when you have multiple fry options along with fry dipping sauce.“

“Charged extra for included rice. Charged extra for included sauce. Charged extra for sour cream that was included. Paid extra for guac. It was the end of the night so we accepted the extra charges and just wanted to get our food and go home. We get home and all the things we were charged extra for and guac wasnt even in the bag! “I came here for lunch and was instantly greeted and received my order quickly. The restaurant was very well cleaned and all the employees and managers were very attentive. I watched how they greeted every customer and how great there overall service was. Will definitely be back to this establishment.“
“The size of their containers and portion sizes appear to have shrunk recently, but overall good food and courteous employees. The drink and condiments area frequently feels "stickier" than it should be, but other than that, a good restaurant.“
“Went in and completely forgot to say I wanted it “Mike’s Way”. 100% my fault. We live across town so by the time we opened our sandwiches and I drove back to get it fixed it had been an hour since I’d been there. The gentleman that had started my order (I didn’t catch his name, I wish I had!) remembered me and when I explained what had happened and how it was all a mess up on my end, he gave me the veggies and seasoning for both sandwiches in a nice container and bag and said they didn’t charge for veggies. I felt so bad that I couldn’t compensate for my own mistake. That’s part of why I wanted to leave a good review.They’ve also in the past have just been wonderful with their service and we’ve never really had any issues. They’re always quick with service and have always had a friendly staff over the three or so years we’ve eaten here. “I am not real sure what changes this place has made but it's working. Everyone I work with in venus hates this place because of bad food and horrible service. But I decided to give it a go today simply because it's been a while since I have eaten here. Drinks were awesome and the service was fast a friendly. Girl with the purple hair was awesome.
