“I have eaten lunch here several times and I finally was in Vernon early enough to catch breakfast. I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere Family Style seating and the simple good food I really enjoyed the bacon that got with my breakfast, it's very hard to beat thick cut bacon cooked to Perfection on a griddle:-)“
“Needed a quick meal after along day of hunting on a Sunday evening. Found Fred's on a phone search and was not disappointed. Burger and onion rings were great. Ice cream cone for dessert hit the spot. Staff was polite and courteous. Will be back when I'm in Vernon again.“
“Wonderful experience! While passing through on a road trip was looking for a pet friendly place to take a break. Arrived as they were closing, they offered to stay open and cook for us, everything was fresh and delicious! After they brought out the food, they told us if we needed anything to let them know while they were cleaning and closing up for the evening. Prices are cheap for the quality of food, was surprised.It was nice to support local! They didn't have public restrooms, no problem.We sat outside and enjoyed the food and break from riding in the car.Will definitely stop here again if we are passing through!“
“Always enjoy the food when I'm here. They have a good selection of burgers to suit your appetite, and a large selection of items to suit your taste. Service is always great. Try to beat the crowd if you're picky about parking, and seating is limited. I know I'll be back soon, maybe I'll see you there.“
“I ordered a chili dog and tater tots. The chili dog was the saddest thing I have ever seen. There was barely any chili and what chili there was on it was runny and thin. It had no flavor. I was totally disappointed but this is why I rarely eat at Sonic.“
“Was in town for a funeral and met with family to talk. From the outside you cannot tell what kind of place it is. No lighting on the building, very hard to see inside because the windows are tinted. First thing we noticed was a room full of pool tables, so we almost turned around because we had small children and wasn't comfortable with a bar and pool table atmosphere. Our friends were inside already so we called to say we are going somewhere else. They said to come inside its not busy at all and they were the only group inside, their was a few others seated far away. Football was on all the tv's but it was very quiet inside. Service took about 20 minutes to bring a menu, another 20 to order so very slow. Food was great though onc we finally received it. Had one soda the entire 2 hours I was there because the waitress never came around to ask again for a refill. Probably will never go back just because we don't frequent Vernon any longer simce most relatives have passed away we would visit.“
