Super busy location. Service can be spotty depending on time of day. Food is good. It’s consistent and it’s always hot or cold depending on what you are ordering. Atmosphere is basic. You walk an assembly line and go to your seat. At time they can be dirty. But for the most part you’re not going here for atmosphere or a night out. It’s meant to be quick and fast.
I have to say, Jason's Deli is my most favorite place to eat, the food is so delicious and their sweet tea is amazing, and they go beyond their job in customer service, I highly recommend it anytime.

We stopped by during the sunday lunch rush and it was great food got to us in a timely manner. I got served the wrong chips but they took it back immediately and corrected the error. Great service in the middle of the lunch rush.
