We drove 40 minutes for some bbq. Online it says they close at 10pm but we got there at 9pm and they were closed. Super disappointed! I was excited to try this place.

Broken G BBQ is absolutely amazing! We were in town for work and ate here twice. Among the team we tried every meat on the menu. All of them were outstanding. Some of the best BBQ we have ever had.

Broken G recently catered our wedding (and graduation party in the past) the food is AMAZING! We received so many compliments on the food (ps their smoked peach cobbler is to die for)!! They packaged leftovers up for us at the end of the night and left the kitchen better than they found it. Great service and great food - can’t recommend them enough and will always be our go to for catering!

Perfect old fashioned TX bbq joint. Chopped beef sandwich and beans were excellent. Owner offered me an extra sandwich on the house because he wanted me to leave full. It is not fancy, but it is very good.

My friend and I were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately when we tried to order the guy said it would be 10 minutes because they had someone working on their electricity and so he instructed us to wait 10 minutes and then order inside Backyard Bar & Grill. We waited 10-15 minutes and then when we tried to order inside they said it would be another 15 minutes, so we waited, but guess what, when we tried to order they said, “I’m sorry, but it’s going to be a lil while longer because they are working on a really large catering order and it’s gna take some time”. So now that we knew the actual Truth which was that they had a large catering gig that they were in a rush to complete, we left.We would’ve understood if they had just been honest with us from the beginning, but lying to us, and stringing us along like that was totally unacceptable.The next time I’m in the area, I guess I’ll go next door and order BBQ to go from Mama & Papas BBQ!

Great bbq! Located inside the Backyard Bar and Grill. We went on a Monday and it was closed, but we met the owner at the bar as he was checking on the smoker that night, and went back the next day for dinner. Great food, great service! Fun atmosphere in the Backyard, you can eat inside at tables or outside around a fire pit.
