Used to be my go to place but went down hill lately always a long wait for delivery then here recently it looks like a kindergartener made my pizza and when I called about it they were so nonchalant and claimed I couldn’t get a refund unless I was charged again very rude tone and didn’t seem to care too

I placed an order for takeout, and they made one of my pizzas wrong. I called and asked for them to remake the pizza, and they said sure. I came back to the store, they had not remade the pizza, and asked if they could just drizzle the missing ingredients on the already not fresh pizza, or they wouldn’t remake it. So I caved and took the drizzle, but now I’m here with ingredients that aren’t even settled in the pizza like 45 minutes later after I should’ve been eating my pizza that could’ve been made correctly. This would’ve been a one star review if they refused to do anything about it.

The food is typically good not to many complaints on that.. they do frequently give me the wrong order and take my food to the wrong apartment. They never have a driver.. but they are always nice an helping when I go in the store asking them to make a correction. After 3yrs I'm finally giving my review.

Do not order a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich from Domino's. I spoke with mgmt and they said that they are instructed to weigh the beef to 2.5 oz. We received the sandwiches and they were cheese sandwiches at best. Don't waste your money.

I once worked in the Domino's corporate HQ in Ann Arbor, and I can tell you there was a time when a store this bad would have been shut down. Does Operations not have access to Yelp?I went tonight (Friday) and ordered a 12" hand tossed pizza with light sauce, sausage, mushrooms, and onions for carry out (because I know how bad their delivery is). The cashier says "that will be $19.xx", and I say "for carry out???" She then says, "OK, make it $15.xx."I still thought that was high , but paid. The pizza I got was drenched in sauce and if there was a quarter ounce of sausage, I'd be amazed. And when did the stores start pre-making crusts and storing them on racks? Tom Monaghan would have been appalled.That's it for me. Until this store has new management, never again. And if Domino's (or the local franchisee is smart), they'll make that happen fast.

We placed our order at 7:29 pm. on Sunday nite 9/3/23. Domino's tracker said 35 to 45 minutes delivery time. The tracker sent me a notice of delivery at 8:20 pm. I called the store and get the run around about the rain causing the tracker not to be working correctly. I was told my order would be at my home in ten minutes. My pizza arrived at 8:50 pm. ice cold. I was offered a five dollar coupon off my next order. I work, and owned restaurants for over fifty years. In a situation like this I always offered a remake of the food and some sort of a refund, or a discount on there next order. If you keep thus type of service you won't have any patrons or customer anymore. Customer Service should be our number one concern. Very disappointed in China Spring rd Domino's.
