I went in about 15 minutes before close. They wouldn’t cook rangoons (‘no oil in the fryer’) is what I was told. I wasn’t aware that oil gets drained every night. I ordered a plate and asked for honey walnut shrimp with chicken teriyaki. They said it it too close to closing time for the teriyaki chicken to be cooked. It’s frozen so not sure why that was an issue

My experience happens a lot . I love Pandas cuisine . Either the staff is not paying attention or they are overworked . Not sure . I come to the Waco Bosque Panda location at least 2 weekly .I never see the same employees twice .Today , 3-17 around 6 pm I come to the restaurant and place my order … I try to watch my order as it goes down the assembly line .Today like many other trips I don’t check my dang bag . My total is approx 30.00 bucks . I had a 3 entree … noodles , 2 shrimp , and one Chickem king pao .Also a bowl … noodles with beef broccoli.One order of Rangoons and an order of Egg rolls .I drive approx 4 miles to my favorite Panda. When I get home There is no 3rd entree chicken king pao .What is most frustrating and the reason I will think of changing restaurants is I cannot call anyone to discuss .I hate that Panda has turned into such a place that the consumer has to to drive up to tell you when you screw that we order up .Unacceptable

Stood in line for 20 minutes because they spend A LOT of time making side orders. Very inconvenient & annoying. Panda restaurants need to find a better process for side orders. Might as well go to an actual Chinese restaurant.
This place went down my fried rice didn’t taste like fried it was dry food is not good like it use to be at all will never go

They get pretty busy for dinner Friday thru Sunday but today wasn't too bad. Regular plate seems like the best deal still. Chili crisp shrimp was pretty good, may seem odd to those expecting more sauce but it tastes good. Get it fresh if you can, since any entree will feel lackluster otherwise. See if any new entrees are being brought out and order that if you can get inside.
