8:11 PM Wednesday- unfortunately turned away -kitchen closed . Website said 9pm. Restaurant was 50% full. SMH - do you want business? I’ve been here before & made it a repeat.

Food was great! The fried cheese, braised ribs, and creme brulee cheesecake were each fantastic. I liked their dark beer. My wife said the schnitzel was pretty good too.We had a great server and the atmosphere was good.

Was very excited to try this place out. Went there at 5pm on 3-27 place was empty. Thought my wife and I would get good service. Waited about 10 min no one came to get our drink order or even greet our table. 3 guys were at the front just talking to each other the whole time. We got up and left.

One word… Flavor. The textures, the flavors, everything was spot on here.We began our evening at the beautiful bar. The entire space is comfortable and authentic, but somehow modern. If you are a wine drinker don't even bother looking at the wine menu, just ask for the house red and you will get the best blend I’ve had in a while. It’s a Czeck wine which fits the theme. My husband enjoyed the beer sampler and he is a major German beer snob so I didn’t think he would like most of them. Both he and I were pleasantly surprised. All except the dark lager were exceptional, but he’s not a fan of dark beer anyway. I thought the dark lager was excellent ! We enjoyed the schnitzel, and the pork shank. Everything was cooked to perfection, super flavorful, and memorable. The service here is also wonderful. We were greeted by a friendly and accommodating lady, followed by excellent bar and table service. The staff is knowledgeable. If you’re wondering if it is too fancy for you, we saw families dressed more casually andOthers dressed very nice. So anything goes here! It’s a relaxed environment, a great place for a family to come and enjoy, but also a great place for a special date. If I had company coming to town, this would be exactly where I would bring them.

Everything is very high quality, modern and clean.Food & drinks: Great schnitzel and homemade currywurst. Courteous service. Absolute recommendation. I can't say much about the room as we were only here to eat.

We went to the bar and restaurant and had some very tasty beers and amazing food. The breading on the schnitzel was great and the Reuben came with a fantastic beer mustard. We got the Czech flights and were impressed by the flavors of all the beers, particularly the amber.

Birthday lunch for my Mom. $ of us in the group. We had a great time! Service was excellent and the food and beer were great. I had the Classic Pocket Schnitzel and was as good as any I have ever had. The beer is great I had the Premium Lager and they do a very good work in the brewery. This was my third visit, first for dinner and we will be back.

We have eaten at Pivovar several times and enjoy the food. We met here for a family get together before a Baylor function. The server was good - he was super busy but kept checking in with us to make sure all was good. We had a little bit of everything from the schnitzel to the curry sausage to the brussel sprouts and everyone seemed happy with their food. We will come back again.

The food wasn't up to expectations. The chicken paprikash was just packaged noodles (the same as our daughter's macaroni and cheese) and extremely smokey chicken. Real paprikash has hand rolled doughy noodles. This dish we took a few bites of and left it. We also ordered the short rib goulash. It was a fatty short rib and mashed potatoes. Definitely not goulash. Overall we would give the food a 2 out of 10. We do not recommend this place and wouldn't return.

All the food is great! recently had the sausage platter = excellent! The wife got the schnitzel, which was great as well. they have something for just about any flavor palette. the beer is tasty and sums up a great Czech food and beverage experience. ambiance and atmosphere is upbeat and relaxing. Afterwards, the Beer Spa is a must try for a relaxing soak. Will be back and do it again!
