Went into restaurant to order to go. 2 groups ahead of us in line and 2 people awaiting orders already placed. Staff was very unprofessional, hollering at each other across the building as to who's job was what and why that wasn't their job, punctuated by slamming equipment loudly onto the counters and spilling product in the process. In the 10 minutes that i stood there, no orders were filled and i was never waited on. Will not be going back!

I'm reading a lot of reviews and people are saying that this is the worst Popeyes,they haven't went to the Bellmead store. Both stores are neck and neck with the worse service EVER! I'm all about giving young people a job but if you can't open your mouth,greet your customers and use manners,they need to be in the back somewhere.. not at the drive thru window. I went to this location around 450pm and from the poor customer service to everyone's shirt being so filthy that I didn't stay around to make myself sick. THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY TITLE OF A MANAGER AT ANY OF THESE POPEYES STORES... PLEASE AND IM BEGGING YOU PLEASE GET DEMOTED! YOU ARE DOING A POOR JOB ALLOWING ANY AND EVERYTHING TO WORK AT THESE STORES. Judging by the comments,no one seems to care they are probably reading the comments while eating the customers food (that they say they are always out of) and sipping on drinks. I will never ever ever be back! Add this negative review to the list!

I really like their spicy chicken. Its the best around. But if brains were gas, the whole crew wouldn't have enough to drive an ants car around a bb. don't answer the speaker, dont know (or care ) what their offers are, short you pieces, (apparently can't count to 5. out of receipts? out of napkins? pay for 5 oughta get 5. corporate has no way to let them know about the problems unless you want to text a 5 page dissertation. Needs new management NOW or its going under.

Absolute worst Popeyes experience ever! Ordered 3 piece chicken combo…every piece tasted like burnt grease! Asked for red beans and rice and got mashed potatoes. The only soda they had was coke…everything else they were out of! They were even out of straws! Piss po’ service all the way around…10 thumbs down!

Was told at 5:15 pm that my order couldn’t be taken in the drive through or inside building due to shift change? While refusing to serve us plenty of other customers were walking out with food and getting there orders taken inside the building. Haven’t had Popeyes in years and definitely won’t ever try to get it again through this location. Just trash. If you can’t serve people through drive through, signs should be put in place instead of having tons of cars just waiting in line for 20 minutes just to be told we can’t be served when finally going inside to receive serves. Decided even if I waited till after shift change the food would most likely still be trash after looking at all their negative reviews online.

This place is a joke!!!!! I spent $78.00 on a drive thru order only to get home and find both of my large mashed potatoes half empty. Also, I tried to order fries and they were “out”. I tried to order Mac and cheese and they were out!!! Then I tried to order red beans and rice and they were ice cold. Also, we ordered a 16 piece tender and we only got 10 tenders. Never go here!!!!

Drive through is closed, shrimp was so over cooked it was like a rock, I threw it away. Frankly, I wasn’t sure they didn’t overcook it last night and keep it. I ate the fries and left. The biscuit also tasted funny and the bathrooms don’t appear to have been mopped in some time. There was black stuff on the soda lids and the push for the ice machine is broken. The manager working the register was nice enough though.

They are completely understaffed. Arrived at the drive through just to be told that they can’t take any orders from the drive-through and that I have to come in. Went in & it took 30 mins just for me to place and order, just for them to get my order wrong. Cashier took my order wrong and made it wrong. Got home just to find out the 12pc wings I ordered were 5 short (so there was only 7) and they placed another box full of not only the missing chicken but the wing sauce that goes on the chickens?? And to top it off they gave me some old mashed potatoes with a weird clumps in the *see picture*. They just need to shut this place down asap
