A friend and I went through the drive-thru it was about 8:30 at night and I had asked for some extra brown gravy. The lady at the window responded with, "she already put everything away". She said that they were getting ready for closing. So I then asked, "what time do y'all close??" She then stated that they close at 10pm. After the experience at the temple location, I prejudged this restaurant. But when I walked in everybody was welcoming, they had a smile on their face, they were very nice, and they were a complete 180 from what I had experienced just the night before. No I did not eat in the restaurant I was doing Uber, but just the difference in the atmosphere and the people would actually make me come to Popeyes again or at least to this location. Ok normally this store is where I go to get fried chicken. Last night I stood at the register for 20 minutes before my order was taken. The poor clerk had 3 days of on the job training and they were busy. Manager did not lift a finger accept move chicken from one tray to another and yell orders of what she needed all the while the poor clerk was trying to keep up.
