“I really like this Starbucks. Just now I had a miscommunication with the cashier, and she thought I said "Hot Chai" instead of "Hot Chocolate". I was quite nervous to go confront them about it, as I didn't know if they would be helpful, as Baylor as a whole can be quite intimidating. I asked one of them about it when they got a tad slower, and the lady behind the counter said " I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE OTHER THING AHH." I had my correct drink with no extra charge, nor hassle, in 2 minutes. plus a funny story.Starbucks will be something I miss a lot about Baylor.“
“Not very big from inside but very comfortable seating . Outdoor seating is also good in number . Went for a quick coffee break on way to Austin. Good coffee with good service. Also there was on guy in dining area always trying to checkout if we are getting our food/coffee on time.“
“The baristas and managers here are so nice and always brighten my day!! Not to mention they always do a great job, make good recommendations, and are quick to resolve any issues with a smile (I only had an order problem ONE time—I usually order a white mocha with a possibly obnoxious amount of customizations & extra caramel, so I totally get it). The espresso here doesn’t taste burnt like some others, which is good. The employees operate really well together and are fast even with long lines. Excellent customer service!NOTE: Always be kind to your barista. I mean…can you imagine getting so many individual orders done as fast with how long the lines sometimes get?? If your order turns out well or an employee made a positive impression, show appreciation and consider TIPPING THEM on the app or with cash! Even if it’s just a buck! Let the good karma and good coffee flow!Kid-friendliness: The cafe is small and with limited seating here, so be aware of that if you have kids.“
“My fave! The baristas are all so kind and understanding. I can tell the team is efficient and works together well because they pass out orders so quickly! They're of course busiest on Fridays and paydays in the morning, but still all hardworking and fast!“
“The BIG thing to know about this particular Starbucks is that it's not the typical grab and table and stay a while place. It's designed to be a mobile pickup and drive thru store. I was able to order in person but it did take longer. It's a great concept but difficult if you show up expecting the usual coffee shop.“

“This Starbucks has came a long way. Used to hate it and now it’s my favorite. However, it would be nice if they could stay up to date on marking items out. I often have to wait in line just to get to the speaker and then continue to wait in line to get a refund because they don’t have in stock what the app for their location says. I have no other issues at any other Starbucks regarding this. If it says they have it, they do. So it’s definitely a migrated issue.“

“Katie ( she has glasses and was on the register dine in ) rung me up this morning she was SO nice and I had a complicated drink she did her best to give it to me in a way where not to over charge me or make it more difficult to make for the baristas. I am also sick and lost my voice she asked me if I wanted a water as well . Just the fact she noticed I could use it was nice and NOTICED. Keep her she’s an asset.“
