Store is great but it has a weird employee. Last time I was there he asked me why I always come there. Before that he was making weird jokes. I noticed he does this to a lot of other customers. I wonder how many other people feel the same about this guy. Totally thinking about not going back until that weird guy is gone.

Came in with my mom and sister was greeted when we came in and an older white lady took our order but I didn’t like how she was sort of rude and pushy to her parter (Mixed Boy) he was very sweet and I could tell he was nervous and new didn’t get to get his name but he was very helpful and sweet. Thank you,you did great sir :)

I ordered through the app though it would be more convenient, I go back on the app to check my order and it said it would be ready for pickup. I drive to the subway on Bosque where my order was made, get to the store my food is gone door dash this was at 8:55 pm. Go back to the house I still haven’t received my order 9:38pm now I’m stuck without the food that I purchased. Very disappointed customer

I ordered my sandwich and I told Britt I would like ranch and see put Mayo on it and I asked did you put Mayo on it she said yes I said I asked for ranch please. Then she took a plastic knife and took the Mayo off and veggies then put new veggies and ranch on it. There was Mayo on the meat. They were busy so just paid and left.

Cleanest Subway I've ever been in. It was 12:30 on a rainy Saturday afternoon when we went in. Great service, clean, and most of all a great sandwich I always get the number 4 Supreme meats. My wife liked her tuna protein bowl too.

The people in the comments or not lying came in the place the workers don’t greet you and will have a rude stare off at you like you don’t belong there very prejudiced I was talking to a rude way by the head guy he talk to me like I was a slave and had a smart attitude with me when I got one back at him he told me take my sandwich on the other end so I turn around and left never felt no disrespect in my life not only that the workers or rude I told a girl my bread was hard the last time I was here she turn around with an attitude I will never go back to this place ever again wish I can’t called corp on them

This place shows discrimination. My son had an interview today and they told him he couldn't work because of his age when they clearly have other ppl his age working here. Ppl that we know personal are his same age working here so your point is....DISCRIMINATION

Tracy, the corporate guy, is very rude. I love Subway, but never have I ever been made to feel the way I did today by someone who is supposed to be respectful towards their customers and provide great customer service. I was very disappointed ☹️ that he said how does he know that I’m telling the truth about my boyfriend’s sandwich being made wrong… like I really need to lie about some food. So much was wrong with this situation, but my main thing is the principal behind it, because after all it was just food. However, the way I was made to feel as the customer was terrible. Customers keep Subway going. Customers pay the bills. Customers are the reason you have a job. Granted the guy had his worker, Gabe, remake the sandwich, but that still doesn’t make up for the way I was made to feel. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and now I’m in corporate customer care. Never have I treated my customers that way. 5530 Bosque Blvd should do better! When your customers are spending their hard earned money with you, you should take pride in what you serve them. If it’s wrong and your employees admit they did it wrong then make it right. Don’t say how do I know your telling the truth. Just disappointed.
