“Food was good a little on the pricey side for their food. Food was good no issues with our order. My family and I was in town visiting and we were traveling with two of our fur babies. We needed a place to eat that was dog friendly. The patio seating is dog friendly. My daughter and I shared the steak fajita and my husband got a burrito. Portions were good sized but with tip we paid almost 75 and that was only two meals and drinks.“
“Ty’Erica Is Well spoken she greeted me and my husband as soon as we came to counter She keep a smile and she order everything correctly for us she also let us try that QUESO dip it was so Good omg YES SHE is a people’s person KEEP HEE AT THE FROnt matter fact hire as a manager Love “
“Scott Drew knows so you should know, this place is LEGIT! Nothing like it in places like Kentucky. Tex Mex that brings the family together for the sake of Baylor Basketball. Thank you Mi Casita for your heartfelt food and embracing booths for dining. We love you! Historical landmark“
“We had Andrea as our server. She was very friendly and personable, answered any questions we had, and knew the menu.We got the guacamole salad, chicken fajitas, and a combo plate. I forgot the name.Chips were crisp, salsa was nice with a building heat, and while the guacamole was just mashed avocados, they were perfectly ripe. Huge chunks of chicken for the fajitas. The tamales were so good as were the charro beans, refried beans, and the RICE. The rice was very tasty. The prices were extremely fair. Will absolutely return.“
“I went and got tamales today? Yummy!!!! She even let me try a hot one which I thought I could handle lol, she offered me water I told her I could handle it, got in the car took a bite and OMG ? THAT WAS HOT! BUT GOOD!!! ? Thanks for making awesome tamales and being so nice.“
“Food was very good. Service a little slow, but it was quite busy. It was noisy because it was so busy.Parking: Did not notice how many handicap parking places were there. Their parking lot is small.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be difficult for anyone in a wheelchair because space between tables is small.“
“We came here once when it was first open, and I was not impressed. I have to say, tho, they have figured it out! We recently returned here, and everything we tried was so delicious! From the salsa to the enchiladas and on to the guacamole, so yummy! The servers are attentive, check back, and keep your tea filled. Oh, and the tea is really good, too! You won't be disappointed if you choose to eat here. You will, however, be full as a tick and still wanting to eat more! Can't wait to return...see you there!“
“Hands down this is the best Mexican restaurant i have ever been to!! The owners are from Guadalajara and the food tastes so authentic! Our server (I didn't get his name) was so kind, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed!! We live in oklahoma but plan on coming back to waco just to visit this restaurant again!“
“This has become a staple for me and my fiance on those nights we're too busy to cook for ourselves. The chips and dips along with the regular queso are always outstanding and our usual picks of flautas and steak burrito are never incorrect. It's so nice having a spot you know is gonna be a reliable choice every time.“
“I've been passing this place by ALL YEAR (about 5 times)...this time circumstances demanded that I stop...Shame on me...this is one of those roadside spots that WE ALL NEED...we got the Whole Chicken & it was as good as it smells...you can smell grilled chicken in all 4 directions for at least a block...Absolutely recommend“
“We came here the other day and I meant to write a review as soon as we left but got sidetracked. I was super surprised how great the food, service, and overall experience was. Josh waited on my husband and I in the bar during Happy hour and it was so nice to have good service, amazing food, and drinks. We had low expectations going in just because everywhere we have eaten out lately is disappointing, mostly because of bad service. However, Josh was great! He’s a great salesman, and very knowledgeable. I’m a bartender so I have very high expectations with drinks and I was very impressed with the cocktails here. Very unique and delicious! We will definitely be going back and hopefully Josh is working!“
“Trujillo’s on the circle really were gracious and amazing recently when I quickly realized I had a real need for a good place to have a family together after the service of their loved one Garlene Corley Shelton. She grew up in Waco and I know she would have loved knowing we thoroughly enjoyed the staffs 110% service for all to enjoy that time here with many of her out of town loved ones and local friends as well!! ??❤️ Special thanks for the Trujillo family, ALL the staff!Parking: It’s located on a famous Waco Circle ⭕️Can be difficult and dangerous at times arriving and departureKid-friendliness: Absolutely. Sometimes we get to meet the Trujillo grandchildren. This place is family friendly for sure“
“Seriously good Mexican food. Salsa & chips are great as is everything we’ve had here. Especially love the Thursday lunch special, taco Rico & a bean burrito. Their carne asada is absolutely delicious. Service is always fast & friendly. We dine here at least once a week.“
“First time to Torchys and definitely not the last. Although I don't live or work in Waco anymore, a friend and I had lunch here on Monday. It was a "missed you" and "you've got this" for something she's facing this week. The fajitas were amazing!! Thank you!! Keep up the great everything!“
