Some of the best quality pho in all of DFW.They perfected the broth, to what I like at least. The rich, savory and salty beef stock blended together perfectly with the airy aromatics of the spices. The pho dac biet dressing came with everything; beef, sliced brisket, tendon, tripe, green onion & cilantro.One good indicator of a good quality pho is if the tendon is rendered enough to melt in your mouth like butter, which this didn’t miss. The other dishes my wife loves, like the fried rice, which she says is her favorite in all of DFW. Come get you some good Vietnamese food.

Food was tasteless! For $17 it was bland boiled noodles with meat and veggies. Previous time, I bought lunch menu but they forgot the side soup,and the entrée was full of onions. It used to be good, but last few times were huge disappointments.

Beef lo mein with double meat and chili oil. Heaven! The food is: hot and fresh and beautiful and delicious! The area is clean and the servers are patient. My husband and I eat here at least once a month like clockwork. #I❤️VY's!

Well the service was superb food pho was superb until a cockroach crawled out of Basket of my son and daughter sandwich I covered it with my napkin quietly told the server and he says it’s on the floor then another one come out off basket and my son smashed him . Won’t go

There was not just 1, but 2 cockroaches that arrived at our table with our food. We could not eat our food and had to leave. Only positive aspect was that the waiter was very pleasant. Will not be returning. Still have the heebie jeebies!

The staff don't pay attention, can't handle customers concerns, and the owner is extremely rude . I'd give a zero if I could because the entire order was disgusting, and ended up in the trash. We've definitely had better and that was our first and last time visiting this place.UPDATE TO OWNER: It's not defamation when it can be proved that we were customers and our review is that the service and food was HORRIBLE, but nice try!FYI - Credit card receipts don't lie that meals were purchased.

Vy's pho is phenomenally standard. Nothing spectacular sticks out from the spring rolls, to the skaken beef, and all the way to the Pho. The prices are also ridiculous for the portion sizes and this is in Watauga Texas. Not a very welcoming vibe and the staff is quite aloof but the food does satiate a desire for Vietnamese cuisine. If I'm in a pinch then it works but if I have the time I'm driving the 20 minutes to My Lan for a proper meal.
Do not get the shaken beef. beef is rubbery and lacks flavor.super small portions. salad is laughable, it came with 1 single slice of warm cucumber which was gross and 2 slice of over ripe tomato.white rice was fine, it was plain so it couldn't really be any worse.kids chicken with rice was 4 super thin sliced peices of chicken.

Classic tasting authentic Pho. I remember My lan over in haltom city back in the day. Ten, fifteen years ago. Closest I have found to the real deal outside of the Veit community in Arlington and Haltom. Amazing, glad the chefs take pride in their food.

I was hesitant but I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try. The pho broth is so full of flavor. I couldn't get enough of it. Food was great and service was good. This place has the best pho I've ever put my mouth on since being in Texas. Highly recommend!
