What a cute place! This used to be a gas station and has been converted into an adorable bakery. It's welcoming and pretty inside, has a covered display area for all the delectable cakes and cupcakes, and the staff will help you to pick your treats and make a little box for you. We tried the chocolate cake, berry mini bundt, lemon cupcake and strawberry cupcake, not only were they beautifully made, but were moist and so yum! This is gonna' be my new spot for sweet treats!
We met with Bittersweet and ordered a three tier cake for our wedding. They were great to work with and designed the cake perfectly. The day of we ended up asking them to deliver it a couple hours earlier than originally thought, and they were so flexible and kind about it! I came across Bitter Sweet Bakery when doing a general search for a cookie cake. A friend from work requested a cookie cake for her birthday and I wanted to make it happen.
