I really enjoyed the sweet tea and chopped brisket baked potato. The mac and cheese was okay. The brisket burger is very good as were the burnt ends.I wasn't a huge fan of either barbecue sauce but my husband liked them. I prefer less sweet, more tangy tomato based sauces.Unlike a lot of barbecue places, you are seated and order from a menu versus a line. The dining areas are large and airy with lots of light. The staff was super friendly.We'll be back to try the sliced brisket, sausage and other sides.

Brisket and turkey were both dry. Brisket was smokey but turkey lacked flavor. I did enjoy my sides of corn and green beans. Pulled pork seems to be the way to go here.

We had a good meal at Bluebonnet BBQ in Waxahachie, TX. We both had the Ella - a big baked potatoes loaded with all the fixing. Then followed it up with Banana pudding and a fruit crumble.

I loved the ribs. The potato salad was terrible. (too much “stuff” in it. I rate it a 2The corn (unless you like hard corn) was not that great either. I rate the corn on the cob a 3The ribs I rate as a 10So tender & “ falling off the bone) GREAT!

This was absolutely the best bbq that I have eaten! The sauce is really good! I had the ribs and brisket platter. I have heard the phrase " fall of the bone" many times, but these ribs are truly fall off the bone! Meat is moist and very tender! Not over done with smoke flavor. Ashley our server was very courteous and friendly. Overall an A++ in my opinion! Best ever!
The brisket was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone - worth going a bit out of your way!
