As always, this place has never failed me. Great tasting food, awesome service, and the atmosphere is very very relaxing. As always, we will continue to visit.

We tried out Prime 115, we had a reservation for two. When we arrived, they took us by elevator to the 2'd floor, a narrow hallway with a handful of two tops, which led to a bigger dining room at the end if the hall. Only four tables in the entire restaurant were full when we arrived, the rest were still open. The hostess wanted to seat us in this narrow hallway, directly across from the wait station, we asked for a different table, the hostess said they were booked with reservations all night and the answer would probably be no, but she would go and try. After several minutes, the assistant manager came to the floor and told us they were totally booked, which I replied, we have a reservation and will be paying for our meal too, he said the best he could do was move us to the other end of the narrow hallway, which was across from the elevator, I said no, that wouldn't work, I said there is a restaurant full of empty tables, and he insisted that was the best he could do. Unfortunately , my husband is non-confrontational, always afraid to make a scene. I expressed my displeasure with the lack of customer service, but I was starving, so we decided to sit at the original table. Our waiter was great, very attentive. Sadly, the food was not good. The burrata salad had only four small slices of tomato accompanying the burrata, it did not come with bread. I ordered the filet, medium, it arrived well done and dry. I ordered the carrots as a side, most of them were not cooked through. My husband ordered the sea bass, he ate two bites and said it wasn't cooked through. We asked for the check, and actually rode the elevator downstairs with the same assistant manager. My husband told him about our dissatisfaction with their food, he was shocked we did't care for it. It was definitely not worth the price, not even close. I don't know what the secret handshake is to procure a decent table at this place. I wouldn't suggest this restaurant to anyone I actually liked.

It was our 21st anniversary celebration. Also, our 1st time to eat at this restaurant, We knew the food was going to be a little pricey before going, but we enjoyed every bite, for the price match the food portion we received. and our service was great. The restaurant was a little busy.

Delicious steaks. Noisy atmosphere.Scallops were excellent. Perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. Sadly we requested upstairs, but got the bartender for waiter, so not as attentive. The wedge salad is very flavorful with delicious crisp bacon, blue cheese, and dressing, but the lettuce had sat cut in refrigerator too long and so it had a bitter refrigerator taste.I enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. The live singer, singing standards, was very nice on Friday and Saturdays. Good job!Vegetarian options: Are there any other than sides?

This place is incredible. From the drinks to the appetizer to the steak it was all top shelf. If you get a chance try that prawn appetizer The batter is great and the prawns are large. Then we had a ribeye steak which is just marinated perfectly. What a great adage to

Little Bro in the back took 100 years to serve the bread not really sure what that was about. The Delmonico steak was good. The Seabass was good, but very very small. The burger was also very solid. Sides were also very very good we did eat everything so over all

Prime 115 is an amazing restaurant. Its ambience, service and menu is ultra fine dining without being overpriced. My wife and I drive from our home in Frisco TX to meet friends from Waco on a regular basis and continue to feel that each time we go to Prime 115 is a special , unique experience . For Locals that don't know, this restaurant has had a new owner over the past 3-6 months and for lack of a better term, it was pretty underwhelming. As a disclaimer, we were a party of 6 and for any restaurant, serving large parties is difficult. There were just some things I know they could've done better.I would give the food a 6/10. And I'm comparing it to the several steakhouses I've had in the DFW area with pretty impressive chef's and menus, some known worldwide.I had the Filet Mignon Medium-rare and I was initially thrown off because they served me one that was medium-well that another guest at the table had ordered by mistake. My actual steak had the correct texture but it wasn't exactly teeming with flavor or anything to write home about. I've had the ribeye as well and I'd say the same thing. Again this is a comparison to well established steakhouses in the DFW area; I wouldn't say it was bad steak just doesn't rank very high in my book. The sides were alright, Mac & Cheese, brussel sprouts, and calamari were all decent. My Wedge Salad was tasty, but wasn't served with a lot of dressing so I didn't finish it.ServiceOur server Hope was very nice. We've had Monica on occasions as well and we always ask for her when she's available. Our food did take a long time to be prepared w/ the few guests that were dining at the same time as once. We waited close to an hour and 20 minutes. Again we were a party of 6 but it still seemed to take a while. We had a glass break near our table and several pieces were still lying around under the table when we left.Great Atmosphere with live music. If I were to give a message to management, it would be to strive for perfection and make sure the quality of the food matches the price. I'm so thankful to have a steakhouse restaurant serving our community, but EVERY detail counts especially knowing in the next 1-5 years you likely will have several other competitors in the area. There will definitely be a day I give Prime 115 another chance and I will certainly update my review if I notice improvements.

The food was delicious, the waiter was very attentive. My reservation was at 5:30 and at that time we arrived, we ordered and we were almost finishing eating, It was around 6:40 when the hostess came to tell us to hurry because they had another reservation at 7.I thought it was very rude, we couldn't even order dessert anymore. I don't think I would go back to that restaurant, this had never happened to me.

What a beautiful restaurant this is in the historic former County Bank Building. The intricate original detailing, old bank vaults, and porcelain flooring with the ornate brass railings are all just wonderful along with the new chandeliers and gleaming wood. The sun was streaming in the enormous windows when we had lunch there on a busy Saturday in downtown Waxahachie. Inside the restaurant, it was not so busy except for a large beautiful bridal party on the Mezzanine. We were meeting family and as a party of 6 we had been seated downstairs at a table that was half banquette and chairs. Sadly, my chair felt worn out. It hit rock bottom as I sat in it. I've had recent hip surgery and notice these things. I stayed put; it was just lunch after all and we were the last to arrive. We took some time to peruse our menus and I confess that I had read a number of reviews prior in order to help along my decision. In the end, my husband and I both had the Boneless Short Rib Beef Stroganoff with Porcini Mushrooms. Two others had the Prime Burger, an 8 Oz. Wagyu Beef patty, with Berger sauce and LTOP. My granddaughter ordered her favorite, the Chicken Alfredo, and my son's friend ordered the Wedge salad. The ordering came with a bit of bread service hub bub. How do you ever know for sure if you'll be served bread at your table, especially with lunch? It wasn't offered and apparently somebody must have wanted some, so my son asked for some. A kind of half loaf, partly burnt not charred, arrived and it was pretty small for 6 people. Our waitress responded to a request for more and it arrived in better shape. I loved the truly delicious balsamic and olive oil for dipping. I wasn't particularly happy when she took my appetizer/bread plate while I was still holding and eating a slice of bead as well as my knife that I'd buttered with and didn't bring replacements after. It's an overall impression of service that sticks with you. The salad arrived well before the rest of the food and it was basically her entree. Everything else rolled in together and the pasta portions for lunch were enormous. The burgers looked beautiful with wonderful fresh potato chips. Eventually I had three meals from my Stroganoff. The Boneless Short Rib was tender, the Pappardelle Pasta was exquisite, perfectly cooked and the Porcini Mushrooms were a delight! Marinated and probably roasted, they were so very good. I did ask if the guys had any input as to how well their burgers had been cooked. They said they hadn't been asked. Neither likes theirs anything less than well done and the burgers looked it. Fortuitous, I guess. Salad "okay" and Chicken Alfredo "good" was the other input received. We had no dessert. Our waitress kept our water filled and brought me lemon when I asked for it. I asked her to take our meals to the kitchen to box them up and she obliged. Staff on site were very friendly and welcoming, encouraging us to go up to the Mezzanine and look around. They have both stairs and an elevator. The restrooms are only on the first floor. Parking on this busy Saturday was found all the way across the Courthouse Square. Make time for parking at busy times in the square.

This place has gone downhill fast. We were so happy to have a place like this open in Waxahachie, and when it first opened it was wonderful. Several years and visits later, I just can't say the same. For the price point, I can't justify it anymore. Average food, below average service, and long wait times for a premium price point? No thanks, I'll go to Dallas.
