Well I really wanted to enjoy this place.We ordered the brisket nachos and chicken street corn. This is what we got. There is almost nothing on top of those nachos. I had to go back and ask them to give me some meat because they were so " lightly dusted" with toppings. Also they were out of cilantro- which is one of my favorite things- and they didn't mention when we ordered. Service was so so.Overall the food was decent flavored but for the price, I was really disappointed on how skimpy the toppings were. We may have just hit them wrong and this is a typical, but unfortunately this was my first experience with them.

Simply a bar and should be advertised that way! They do have a menu however until after 5 only about 20% of items are available. Food is decent, beer is cold and no other drinks available except free room temp water!

We go here 2-3 times a month and enjoy a great beer with our meal. Great tacos, burgers and nachos. They also have brisket burgers and tacos! Great beer pub atmosphere. Firefly is inside of Edgewise Eight.

Holy hell. We are brewery addicts and on the way back from Rocker B Ranch with my son playing baseball, we passed edgewise eight brewery. We were both like, hey, let's make the circle here and try it out. So, that what's we did. Oh. Em. Gee. I am so glad we did. Nestled inside the brewery, is Firefly Grilling. Everything in the menu sounded tasty af. Myself, my girlfriend and our son, all ordered 3 different things. The burrito, the elites, and the birria enchiladas tacos. Wow. The flavors are just, absolutely ridiculous. So dayum tasty. I could have literally made myself sick. I am a foodie and eat out quite a bit. Hands down, some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life. Go now. Grab an amazin beer, order anything from here, and settle in to be highly impressed.

Food? Na man, it's a brewery. Food was an idea. Yet poor. Elote was blan, over cooked corn, under seasoned. Full order Nachos were 10 bucks and "Carnitas" had enough meat for maybe one or two tacos. Has taste, but just missed the mark by half. Beer was top notch! Superb, even. Highly recommended!

This was the second time we went here. The first time we thought we just ordered the wrong tacos. The meat is over cooked and dry. Today we went ant it took almost an hour to get out food. The tacos were nothing great. The meat was overcooked. The brisket burger was horrible. My husband couldn't even eat it after a few bites. The chips are cheap store bought and the salsa was watery. Definitely will not be back.

The food is great.... Once you get it. We've been here a few times and every time my husband and I both like the food. I will say, they need more people cooking though. We've been waiting for almost an hour for 2 burgers and there are still tables that were here before us that don't have their food yet. I can see the irritation at each of the tables too as well as others have been up to inquire how much longer. Please hire another cook to keep up with business or provide an expectation upon ordering. We would have eaten somewhere else had we known it would be over an hour to get 2 burgers.

The food here is good, but they need to clean their grill, as we found a few pieces of grill bits in the burgers we got. Their fries were overcooked as well, if they had just taken them out a few minutes before they would have been perfect. The atmosphere is great and they offer games to play, and a brewing company serves beer in the same building, which was awesome. Not the worst experience but not the best either. Staff is friendly and polite.
