Holy hell. We are brewery addicts and on the way back from Rocker B Ranch with my son playing baseball, we passed edgewise eight brewery. We were both like, hey, let's make the circle here and try it out. So, that what's we did. Oh. Em. Gee. I am so glad we did. Nestled inside the brewery, is Firefly Grilling. I had purchased growlers at this location and enjoyed their brews.We were looking for an informal location for a light dinner and quality microbrew and decided to give the place a try. We were very pleased with the service and our food selections. We did a personalized 4-brew flight and a couple of single pours.Our food selection was the 1/2 BBQ quesadilla and carnitas tacos. We go here 2-3 times a month and enjoy a great beer with our meal. Great tacos, burgers and nachos. They also have brisket burgers and tacos! Great beer pub atmosphere. Firefly is inside of Edgewise Eight.
