There was a tall young man at the drive thru with black frame glasses , and he was the kindest sweetest person I have ever met, and he was so respectful, I hope people are nice to him ?
This is the panda express I frequent the most. 9/10 they're out of something and tell you "it'll be ready in 5 minutes." This then leads to you waiting for about 15 minutes for your food. More times than not I have been given the wrong thing and don't realize until I get home. On the other hand this panda express has better quality of food than other locations. I went through drive thru at the Webster (Clear Lake) location for a ine entrée and rice bowl. Once I received my order I pulled over to grab a bite before getting on the road and noticed the person who prepared my food put filled the bowl to the rim with rice and it was literally a half of scoop of peppered chicken. Very disappointing for what I paid for this meal ?. My advice is to go inside to order your meal so you can watch it being prepared.
