Absolutely worse service I've ever received at a BK. I always use the app to order online and have the order ready when I get to the location. I've ordered twice here and twice the order is not ready and I'm having to wait another 20 minutes inside the store waiting for it to be ready. Same thing happened today. And when I spoke with the so-called manager, Jacob, he says their policy is to wait for whoever placed the order online to be in the store to begin preparing the order. On top of that, they messed up my order. Contacting corporate and hoping they look into this location's online ordering policy

This place stinks like sewage. If you're wondering who called the health department, I did. Management needs to do better. Your sales and customer service are hurting because you don't put enough people. Customer service training isn't even there. No hair nets, hair not inside the cap, no beard nets. If you wear gloves you're not supposed to touch every surface and the food. Tables and floors are filthy. Train your employees!!

Idiots during the night can’t ever get an order right. I had gone through the drive thru 2 TIMES BECAUSE THEY KEPT GIVING ME SOMEONE ELSES ORDER. I had to come back from work after realizing what they did. I asked for my money back, paid 12.97 and got only 12 dollars back. I didn’t even get a full refund but I atleast was surprised they could count to 12. And when I tried to call which I did 4 times the phone gives a busy tone so I can’t even get a competent person on the phone.

They got my order right again. Pretty fast and friendly. Great place for a quick bite. Food is a lot better. I don't know if it is under new management or retrained the staff but it is like back in the day (70s or 80s). This might be a shock but prefer BK from McD again, plus the prices are cheaper. Whatever they did, keep up the amazing work ?.Parking: Nice and clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors and tables to sit at.

Always a problem. No sign saying shake machine is down. Ordered a shake on the app for dine in after eating. After 5 min went up to see why my name hadn't been called and was given an option of contacting support for refund or they could give me a large soda.

i was here a few days ago and the cashier maria was very helpful she helped me with a technical problem with my app she was very soft spoken and patient haha.. overall good experience and cleaner than the other burger
