“Amazing service by the employees here! I went to this Braum's location last week and was served promptly and everyone was very nice! One of the employees in particular, Aliyah, was very friendly. She was incredibly patient and sweet while she took our order, rung up us quickly, and was super sweet in conversation. 10/10 customer service and the food to match!”

“Burger & fries were seriously the best we have had from over 16 visits. Fries were hot, fresh and perfectly crispy. Burger was not overcooked and was very tasty. The tables were clean. The trash cans were quite full though. The staff were having a good time and were happy to get us both refills. We will definitely be back to this location. Amazing job!”

“This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in! I often order food & drinks that are not on the menu board & sometimes that causes hesitation….but not here. The barista knew exactly what I wanted. They had the items in stock. I got in & out super fast. The atmosphere is calm, clean & quiet. PERFECT!!”

“There are only two employees working at the Westworth Village location in Fort Worth tonight (6/26/2026). My order is taking a bit longer than advertised, but these two employees are giving their all to tend to customers while always preparing orders. This type of effort and service is difficult to find, and I would suggest the owner not only recognize, but reward these employees for their outstanding effort and for single handedly keeping this store running tonight. Without this effort, this location would certainly flounder and close.”

“Very disappointing. The burgers were terrible. They were SOOOOO greasy. And the bread was soggy and had to be pulled off. The blizzards went everywhere because they didn't give us lids. one burger was partially unwrapped. I grew up with D.Q. and it was always great. This location needs a revamp. Not going back.”

“This is such a wonderful gem. The dining room is small and intimate. The wait staff was incredible and had wonderful recommendations, and the food is really incredible. The duck confit might be the best thing I've ever tasted. Everything from the butter tasting flight we started our meal with to the creme brulee dessert was just delightful. Highly recommended, and we will be returning.”

“Randy B. was an absolute delight of a human being! It was 12:35am on a Thursday, January 8th. I had a really rough 10hr day at work and being treated so kindly as someone also in food service really meant the world to me. Randy's customer service is unmatched with great menu recommendations. He has an incredibly polite and respectful demeanor and tops it off with a great sense of humor. I appreciated everything he did for me and the amount of care he handled our orders with. I was on my phone with my wife at the time and she was the one who said that "Randy sounds like such a delight." Thank you Randy for making us smile, keep doing what you're doing. “My boyfriend and I had lunch here recently and it is beyond 5 stars. Completely Amazing, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The owner was very kind, and friendly . I ordered the beef Shawarma loved every bite. everything is made to order. The food is fresh, the portions are plentiful. I will go back and bring my family, if you know anyone that love Mediterranean food, I highly recommend you taking them to Galilee Falafel & Shawarma.”
