“This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in! I often order food & drinks that are not on the menu board & sometimes that causes hesitation….but not here. The barista knew exactly what I wanted. They had the items in stock. I got in & out super fast. The atmosphere is calm, clean & quiet. PERFECT!!”

Even behind the counter (noticed as I waited on a refill and was then apologized to for the wait on that refill). Great service. Saw who I assumed to be the operators, both doing tasks right along with their team members. Dining in was a very pleasant experience!”

“There are only two employees working at the Westworth Village location in Fort Worth tonight (6/26/2026). My order is taking a bit longer than advertised, but these two employees are giving their all to tend to customers while always preparing orders. This type of effort and service is difficult to find, and I would suggest the owner not only recognize, but reward these employees for their outstanding effort and for single handedly keeping this store running tonight. Without this effort, this location would certainly flounder and close.”

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.”

I had a really rough 10hr day at work and being treated so kindly as someone also in food service really meant the world to me. Randy's customer service is unmatched with great menu recommendations. He has an incredibly polite and respectful demeanor and tops it off with a great sense of humor. I appreciated everything he did for me and the amount of care he handled our orders with. I was on my phone with my wife at the time and she was the one who said that "Randy sounds like such a delight." Thank you Randy for making us smile, keep doing what you're doing. I ordered the beef Shawarma loved every bite. everything is made to order. The food is fresh, the portions are plentiful. “OK, funny story I came here Wanting something to eat and the rooftop description led me to come here. I honestly had no idea it was a sushi restaurant. I wouldn’t have come here, but I’m so happy I did anyways. I was greeted with a complementary sample of the sparkling wine, and also a complementary sample of the salmon sushi . It’s such a beautiful view however I’m allergic to seafood more specifically shellfish, but directed to stay away from seafood as well due to possible cross contamination and the possibly of shellfish Portions being in all seafood. I ordered The edamame hummus It was so good. They are so accommodating the service was top tier. The drinks were also good and the waitress was also good. The view is beautiful. Thank you to my waitress Caroline for an amazing experience!”
