“Very disappointing. The burgers were terrible. They were SOOOOO greasy. And the bread was soggy and had to be pulled off. The blizzards went everywhere because they didn't give us lids. one burger was partially unwrapped. I grew up with D.Q. and it was always great. This location needs a revamp. Not going back.”

“I initially ordered, and didn't have the best experience, about a month ago. I reached out to their customer service a couple days after to inquire about a refund. In which I'm glad I didn't get one, because the owner/GM called me to get more understanding of my grievance. He apologized and made up for the bad experience. Great customer service!”

I had a really rough 10hr day at work and being treated so kindly as someone also in food service really meant the world to me. Randy's customer service is unmatched with great menu recommendations. He has an incredibly polite and respectful demeanor and tops it off with a great sense of humor. I appreciated everything he did for me and the amount of care he handled our orders with. I was on my phone with my wife at the time and she was the one who said that "Randy sounds like such a delight." Thank you Randy for making us smile, keep doing what you're doing.
