“This store was amazing. The food came out fast. They were super friendly. I went upstairs to get sweet tea. It was unsweet. I told the manager, and within minutes they poured out all the tea and replaced it. Totally going back.”

“Ive never had any issues with my order at this location. They've always gotten it correct whether I walk in or order ahead through the app. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Their drive thru lane is always relatively quik which is great for me bc im always late to get somewhere but can't go anywhere without my latte first! Employees have always been friendly and upbeat. Not sure why there's bad reviews, maybe those people have complicated orders or something. 10/10 recommend”

“Hands down one of the best Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. Leah was a sweetheart and extremely helpful the entire time, coming to my table and asking if needed anything. Mayra (or the manager whose name is similar to that I couldn’t see too well) was very nice and Dawn was just as helpful. It’s a wonderful vibe and the food tasted phenomenal.”

“Recently experienced their catering at the Lexus Club at the American Airlines Center before a Mavs game. By far the best food I’ve had at the club!Every dish was well thought out, flavorful and presented well. Chef Cardenas and his team were personally checking in with everyone and ensuring we had a great meal. The Napolitos Fritos (Cactus tacos), deconstructed Tres Leches, scallops and Sea Bass were my favorites!Can’t wait to visit the restaurant in Fort Worth soon!”

“Our favorite restaurant in all of Texas. Exceptional service. Delicious food and unique menu options. Manager came to our table to invite us to be on the VIP list and shared upcoming special events. Waiter was spot on with timing and recommendations. Texas bruschetta is always a favorite appetizer. She-Crab soup was so good we asked for the recipe which the sous chef willing provided and broke down portion for us. Will return again and again.”

“Pollo Regio is conveniently located on the exterior of the Gran Plaza. We dined in on Thursday night with no wait and quick service. The cashier and floor food deliverer were very hospitable. The food was delicious and the kids left very little to no leftovers.The only thing I would critical about would be there were some tables dirty in the dine in area.We ordered the caldo de pollo, barbacoa taco, and the kids ate half a chicken. All very healthy portions and left us very FULL.We usually have it delivered but wanted the experience of getting all the toppings from the salsa bar.”

I didn't however liked the tres leches cake, it tasted like oatmeal to me, but that is my personal opinion, it didn't taste bad at all, just not like tres leches. “Fantastic assortment of coffees, pan dulce (mexican sweet breads) and tacos (if you get there early enough)! They have all the regulars, drip, pour over, latte, mocha, etc, plus mexican specialities like cafe de olla (made w cinnamon and mexican brown sugar), churro latte, and other seasonal drinks. they also host a regular craft fair/farmers market which is a great place to buy gifts/snacks. Love this place!”
