All tables dirty. Got a eat in to go bag. No table numbers in the order machine. Gave me one. Lady yelled the number was ready and had to get it myself. They were out of the kerwin frost box.
Coffee old & cold, but a busy expediter made & gave me a fresh cup. No complaints.Except with corporate: an update knocked me off app in September. The reset password link did not work. An email for help lead me to a phone call. Someone from tech support was to call, but didn't. I contacted the same woman & she was going to expedite it. Still no conract nor ability to access app.

Nowhere to get your own drinks in the dining. Asked for water, and they said they couldn't ring it up like that on a combo meal. So I said I'll take unsweetened tea, and I got sweet tea. The guy taking the order set it up right. Someone just doesn't know how to follow instructions.
