“This might be one of our new favorite stops! The food is delish, the owners are sweet and come out and talk to patrons when it's calm enough and the seating area is my favorite. Lights string around picnic tables for when it gets darker and a little area for kids to play when they get restless. We probably spent an extra hour here just for the ambience.Kid-friendliness: A sandbox and tire swing for the kids to play!”

“Cute winery in downtown Whitney. It is small and offers a selection of about fifteen wines. We had a semi-sweet red. The environment is cozy and conducive to sit around and chat on furniture or at tables. They have a gift assortment for a little bit of everyone.I would recommend stopping by here and saying hello to the very sweet woman who waited on us.”

“Small place and not great looking, but I liked the Milanos in hillsboro so I tried this one. They Shocked Me.I loved it, and I highly reccomend it. The woman behind the counter was so, so nice. Not just to me and my sister but to everyone who walked through the door. She was enough of a reason to rate 5 in and of herself, but honestly for what ever reason I liked the pizza better than what I got in Hillsboro.The cheese sticks are to die for, and the tomato sauce was amazing - fresh, not too salty, and so garlicky that it almost tastes spicy. Pizza's are huge and rich and very gooy. Didnt get a drink but they have a big fridge of bottled sodas and I started craving them after I'd already left. Can't wait to go back, I loved everything we tried, absolutely recommend it. Get the biggest cheesy bread they have.”

“Came home to visit family this weekend and HAD to find a nutrition shop to get a tea! Cat is amazing and I ended up sitting and chatting for a while! The shop is so cute and the atmosphere is amazing! Definitely stopping by tomorrow on my way out to get a tea for my drive back to Corpus!”

“This is a locals hideout and for good cause; the food is absolutely fantastic.The breakfast is excellent and they have the best pancakes I've ever had...The dining room is tiny and it is a place you could drive by and not notice but the cook puts his heart into everything and you can definitely tell...The prices are very good also.”

“Super lovely staff! Always greets you, visits and makes you feel special. The burritos are cooked to order and delicious. They have 4 different types of hot sauce, so a variety to pick from ranging from mild to hot. Usually a line if you use the drive through, so call ahead. Worth the wait!”

“Great little hole in the wall with a basic bar menu. Drinks were good really friendly staff. A little bit to dark on the lighting but I suspect that was due to the Christmas lights and then having the regular lights off.”

“Not exactly a sports bar ur thinkin of, it's a regular bar to me. That being said, I liked the place. Looks like, sounds like and has patrons that would b considered bar folk. No disrespect intended!!! The food was good and service was excellent!!! The ladies checked in on us and had big smiles! The dinks were great and ice cold too. Did I mention the service was great..? Its one of my pet peeves besides good dinks...”

“I order the same dish (fajita chimichanga dinner with rice and beans) and it always comes out consistent and hot every single time regardless of what day I choose to eat here. It's so big that I usually have to take half of my meal home and enjoy it for lunch the next day. The table service is always nice and the servers are friendly and attentive with filling my drink and taking my order.”

“Stopped in to get ice cream for six. Our entire order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Nichole was GREAT!!! Not only did she get our deserts out quickly, she came to check with us before she brought them whether or not we wanted a drink carrier. An email for help lead me to a phone call. Someone from tech support was to call, but didn't. I contacted the same woman & she was going to expedite it. Still no conract nor ability to access app.”

“The Owner Kim and her cook absolutely have the best food in at least a 50 mile radius. Food is not over priced and is very much homestyle with a tasty twist. The Gravy and sauces they put on different meals make for a delicious meal. I highly recommend taking a trip out to Laguna Park, get a bite to eat and walk it off by Lake Whitney. They are open Thursday thru Sunday. You won’t be disappointed!!”

“I always get a chorizo, egg, and cheese burrito here whenever Rankin automotive across the road services my car. The service is fast, the server/checkout lady is friendly and has conversations with me as I wait for my order. This is my favorite place to get burritos. The tortillas look handmade and the food is hot and delicious every single time.Parking: The parking lot is a little small, but it accommodates the amount of vehicles well. I've never had trouble parking or saw anyone else unable to park.”

“Three of us dined at 9 pm for just a small celebration for my wife. The food was very good and we had excellent service by our server. To top it off, a brownie engulfed with ice cream with one lit candle was brought to my wife to celebrate her birthday.. We had an excellent night. We're local and we shall return.”
