Our favorite thing to do is to sit at the bar - Josh and Isaiah are very talented bartenders. I appreciate how thoughtful they are, it’s obvious they enjoy their jobs. They remember our names, favorite drinks, likes/dislikes/allergies, so they can make good recommendations. I also think they are great at picking up when to join us for a brief conversation, but they never overstay their welcome and make it awkward. Even if Half Pint didn’t have great food (that’s available late!), it would still be worth visiting just for the incredible staff and the tasty drinks.”

“We’ve been here off an on for the last year and a half. Every time their summer bundle comes up we buy it and have been very pleased with all the stuff that comes with it. This years gold pass is amazing. We decide to come here today and the gold pass gives you 250 points to divide up in up to four cards and it has lasted my wife our toddler and myself about two hours of fun so far.(I am currently here while writing this review) I think we could probably stretch it another hour if we really wanted to. Also the gold pass gives you 50% off select food and beverages. We bought 3 promo cups, sides of fries and a large stuff crust pizza and paid roughly $23 total. Totally worth the pass and we will for sure be using it to its fullest.”

“My son and I ate lunch here last week. The sushi and shrimp fried rice was so good! I loved that there was a list of all the different rolls with a description of what is in the rolls. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and we look forward to eating here again. Such a perfect addition to the downtown area.”

When I first walked to the entrance I was greeted at the door with smiles. The workers here were incredible, very polite and informative. I ordered the catfish dinner and rib dinner with banana pudding. Everything was completely fresh. The ribs were so tender and had a extraordinary flavor. The catfish was amazing and just came out of the fryer. Topped off with banana pudding which I absolutely devoured.”

“Ronnie's Burgers is a busy, busy place! Good burgers and much more, with generous servings. We visited the restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was packed. It's usually a good sign to see a full restaurant with a long waiting line inside. The online reviews and local recommendations say Ronnie's Burgers are the best in town. We certainly enjoyed our experience and the food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, they were so busy that the wait in line was ten minutes and food prep took over 30 minutes.
Our order was almost correct, they overlooked the fried apple pie, however, the fixed the mistake quickly and apologetically.
The restaurant was clean and they had plenty of employees working. There were just so many patrons that a timely wait cannot be helped.
The staff were all working hard, not slacking in any way -- and quite polite, nonetheless.”

The downside, when I walked in I didn't smell any fresh baked goodies, I was told they bake the items at home, they are a craft bakery and working on getting permits and such to bake at the store. “This location is just off state highway 287, in Wichita Falls. TX. First, let me say the service and courtesy of the two women working the front counter were exceptional. They were attentive and thoughtful. The food was prepared as we ordered and was made hot and fresh. Their speedy service was surprising. And appreciated. We stopped at 11 am, but possibly not their rush hour, yet.
The dining area was clean and clutter free.
I want to note here that one employee went above and beyond, I believe her name was April. She helped a disabled gentleman with his tray of food and also helping him to adjust his chair and walker. She was polite and gentle when talking with him. Excellent and heartwarming to see kindness of employees! Both front counter women were pleasant and kind!
The restrooms were clean, tidy, and smelled clean.

It was a very cold day and the dining room was a tad bit on the cool side, other than that, we had a grand experience dining at this Carl's Jr .”

Upon looking on Google for "hole in the wall bars" this lovely gem popped up. An man am I glad we went. Its exactly what I was looking for 12-16 people tom petty on the jukebox an open pool table (which after 2 games ate 2 dollars in quarters,that the bartender didnt know how to fix) the bartender was awesome besides the lack of knowledge on the pool tables. Atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back”

We also ordered the trio dipper with chili cheese, salsa, and guacamole. The guacamole was fresh and chunky . . . So good! The salsa could have been a little more spicier, and the chili cheese dip . . . It was alright and different, but I would have rather had two guacamoles. Shelby, our server, eh! We ordered extra lemon (to put in our water and squeeze on our fajitas), and she had to go back to get them. She was not very attentive. Everything else was fabulous. Well done Management!”

“Place is not very popular, I don’t think. I’m not sure I’m not from Wichita Falls, but when we went, our service was really good. We got seated quickly and our food came out in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes, the Texas style scenery was amazing and the TVs had baseball games on and I think some weird show, I was really just fantasizing about food ?... and when the food came it did not disappoint, and again the service was great. The lady who served us deserve a raise! She was the sweetest soul. We went on my mom‘s birthday, and she was really pleased by it (which is surprising because she usually wants something specific lol..) anyways thank you Backporch Drafthouse for being amazing.

Parking: There are many places around there that have a bunch of people and take over Backporch Drafthouse’s parking spots. That may cause conflicts with being able to park and get food at backporch.”

“Ordered salmon n shrimp. It was not hot when they brought it to the bar. The kitchen was slow apparently and the bar staff was attending guests that weren't b ar patrons. The honey bourbon glaze was scorched an to credit the kitchen put it in a condiment bowl instead of ruining the fish. The service overall from the bar te
nder was excellent. We enjoyed the bar. It was much quieter than the restaurant dining area.”

People need to understand and realize that some things are beyond their control and that they do the best they can with what they're given. So hats off to the two managers that always seem to work together. The one with the unique color changing eyes and the tall slim one with the pretty nails... They might as well move in because one of them is always there keeping everything under control. Great job ladies!!!! And if it was up to me... The drinks were good, but very normal - nothing new, or "special".Prices are ok, if you've been to any other boba tea place, you won't be shocked by a $5.50 medium sized drink.The atmosphere is really nice. There's lounging chairs, and a really nice waterfall thing kind of decoration. It's a nice "date place".The service was 3-star ok. The lady that took my order was not rude .. but she was not "friendly". I'm ok with that, but some people might find it off putting.The tea and the tapioca were good, no complaints, so if you're looking for authentic boba tea, you won't be disappointed coming here.”

We only had one time we didn't enjoy the service, and that was when two very young girls were working, taking orders.
Other than that, our overall experiences have been absolutely wonderful.”

“As it was my family’s first time in Texas we decided to go to a classic Texas BBQ restaurant. And i’ll tell you one thing, RibCrib did not disappoint. We were all extremely happy with the food, service and price. I personally had the “Brisket ‘N Bird” which was incredible. “I had a wonderful morning at Panera Bread Wichita Falls thanks to “Team Lead” Jess, and her Chef Alex. My wife wanted a breakfast bowl that she used to get at Panera several years ago. After explaining to Jess what she wanted, Jess said “oh, we can make that by ordering an egg white/Avocado sandwich and make some substitutions. We can “deconstruct” it and put it in a bowl. The result was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. My goodness what patience and excellent service Jess and her team provided. When Jess checked with my wife to see if she liked it, she also shared how much fun the chef Alex had making it. Outstanding is the only word I can use to describe this morning. Thank you!!!!
